No one answers the phone, no opportunity to leave number for call back. Have to listen to the same robot phone menu every time you call. Typical poor service from USPS that we have all come to expect.

Our regular mail person was on vacation and decided that because they couldn't find our address to return to sender and now all of our things have been interrupted and had actually cost us money and nobody has had the decency to return phone calls about the issue.

Wow this place sounds scary after reading the reviews. Dorothy I think it's time to retire, why are you so mean? I was only there once and the man was very helpful and kind. I need a PO Box and these reviews have me concerned.

Woodbury New Jersey is not answering my calls for the 12th time. Package was supposed to be delivered on Monday, don't use covid as an excuse that stuff is over. It is now friday and the tracking number says it never left the office.

Dropping off a letter or picking up stamps, its the time honoured tradition I like to keep alive. Staff are pleasant and the ease at which it is the location in my travel makes it even more convenient that one in my own town.
