Besides taking hours to set up both internet which was quick by Rob then Salesman Taj (Cetewayo H.) set up two likes that we transfered from Xfinity which took nearly 3 hours. All the trouble that it led to and not informed of additional charges We might as well have stayed with Xfinity. Had our baby with us so we were quick to leave after the phones were set up. I did ask what we were being charged for when leaving I was told taxes which was $400 obviously didnt make sense to me but i had to get home with my baby. After reading receipts we were charged for screen protectors and cases that no one asked for! Taj (Cetewayo)just took it upon himself to do it himself quickly at that. Also was not informed there was a charge for switching over the lines $50 each. Returned to speak with Rob the only thing that could be done was refund the cases at that point. Same day i received the first bill finding an additional activation fee per line which we were not informed. So $50 wasnt enough to transfer service?! Also the promotion for $1000 off for new phone when handing in old phone was not applied to the bill! So I have to go back and speak with them about that. Do they think people are made of money?! Im just giving you my old phone for free?! Starting off bad Verizon. This is ridiculous!! DO NOT GO TO Taj (Cetewayo).

I was lied to about an upgrade deal and about my bill. The agent put a screen protector on my phone before I picked it up and charged me $60 for it, charged me $50 / device for 3 devices as an activation charge and then I received a $35/ each activation charge on my first bill and threw a charger in the bag disguising my $400 bill as sales tax because I didn't know how much the 3 free devices I got were (S24ultra + "free" Samsung tablet + "free" Samsung watch) and now I'm disputing a bunch of extra charges on my bill and I was lied to in-person

I’m for the people so this is why I am writing this, your advice not satisfactory or above I’ll love to help the local who I love with aware. I’ve had Verizon for over 15 year, lots of phones, bad service and good services. I typically lean to closer businesses, this is less than a mile from me. Full disclosure I’ve been here before. Last transaction my iPhone 11 flew off my bike and got ran over multiple times with and otter box….not indestructible by the way…LOL. It was smooth professional and efficient. This last trip was to consolidate cell phone companies and maximize my benefits for what I was willing to pay. Can I tell you that not only did I consolidate my phone providers but I saved 50$ a month and walked away with 2 yes 2 brand new iPhone 15s. Previously owned a iPhone 12 and galaxy 22. What a surprise, this is because Robert’s help to configure a plan and cost we couldn’t say no to. He didn’t up sell at all. He was about our use of plans, the best possible deal we could get, and most importantly really didn’t care about a sale but to inform us of all options. You won’t get that from many cell phone franchises these days. If you made it this far thank you for taking the time. Keep the business local and give Robert and Verizon of Woodbury a shot!

I was with metro pcs from the beginning of there service in the area last night I stopped in the red Bank store two see about a change for me and my daughter. Robert took his time and made sure I got the best deal possible. In the service industry period I have never had a more comfortable and genuine experience. I was blown away and still am. Not enough stars to do this store justice . I will never go to another dealer as long as Robert and his guys are around thanks so much... stieny lol
