This is my first bad experience with Anthropologie but yet I am disgusted with the item delivered . The pants were clearly used and worn before . The price was torn off but tags still attached. The bottom of the pants had clearly been dragging on the ground from whomever worn them before . I ordered these for a soon to be event not to mention the high price I paid for them!! Keep in mind this is the first review I’ve ever written because that’s how appalled I am!

I’ve been shopping at Anthropologie for years and this was the first negative experience I’ve had. It was my first time in this store location and I will never go back in. I went to the dressing room to try on clothes and the staff there were very rude, even made a joke about how all I’ll end up buying is a mug. Felt very off and uncomfortable

I appreciate the style and collections at this store and the staff friendliness. I went here today to return an online purchase. It was busier than normal due to the Thanksgiving holiday, but the staff was friendly and even apologized for taking longer than usual. I went shopping after my returns and the same employee (I wish I knew her name) checked to see if there were other sizes available in store or online and placed a purchase for an alternative size for me.

Always find a ton to add to my wardrobe. Detailing on the clothes are special, bought 6 tops, a coat, and a dress to fill out my suitcase for my next trip.

Came here to return items that I bought online and the lady at the register told me that they were final sale. After i left I chatted with an rep online and was told my itme was eligible for return. Lazy and incompetent customer service at this store. Highly disappointed and I'll be taking a year break from purchasing anything from anthro. Online or in store.

BRIDES BEWARE! I purchased a mac duggal wedding dress. When it arrived, the dress was rolled up in a ball in a plastic bag, which seemed odd. I hung it on a hanger only to find it’s ALREADY been WORN!!! Stains under each armpit! When I called they told me they don’t have my size BUT they’ll cover the cost of me having it dry cleaned! Seriously?!?! You send me some sweaty pigs used dress and you’ll refund the cleaning bill? That wedding dress should have never shipped and your feeble attempt to remedy the situation is pathetic! I hope this helps/ saves one future bride from going through this.

Been shopping at Anthro for years. Came into this location to return and the staff was not friendly at all. Made me feel not welcome in the store. Hoping it was a one off but could definitely work on being more courteous to customers.
