I purchased a new iPad Air on Monday. I got it home and discovered multiple issues with it. Called Apple 1800# And they told me to return to the store. I was ready for “battle” as my issues were the result of poor salesmanship. I asked to speak with a manager and I was ready to “pounce”. Then, Erica introduced herself to me, listened to my complaints and she assured me that she would resolve my concerns. I was expecting to have to buy another new iPad. Well, after her diagnosis, she resolved my issues without me having to buy another iPad. Erica demonstrated superior client servicing skills, empathy and support. She clearly exceeded expectations and it was an enjoyable experience.

This store has always been a pleasure to visit. The team members are always friendly and helpful. The store is immaculate. Apple has everything optimized to make it as quick and easy as possible to do business with them as smooth as possible. I’d visit this store over some of the larger mall stores nearby.

Manager refused to do a trade in because stated they preferred to do sales and trades took to long. This needs to be addressed. Was going to purchase a phone.

Could not have asked for a smoother purchase. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my experience was seamless. The only thing I wish Apple would do differently would be to allow customers to tip employees!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Manager has the worst attitude ever! Super rude and disrespectful. I came to do a trade and purchase an iPad he told me that he didn’t have time with helping me trade my device because it’s was a waste of his time (I thought that was his job) but I guess I was wrong. I don’t understand why he had such a bad attitude maybe he had a bad day. I don’t recommend to come to this store at all. I should have check the bad customer reviews before coming here. I can see that I’m not the only one unhappy with the bad customer experience.
