Ordered farmhouse bed frame online months ago . Delivery window was Dec 9 through 23rd. Comes on 23rd with the wrong headboard so we had to refuse delivery . Call customer service , nothing they can do . New one is coming 30th I'd best they offer . Now my 70 yr old parents will be sleeping on floor for holidays . Thanks a lot pottery barn ! Stopped by to show husband a sofa and side chair I had seen on line. Several employees greeted us as we walked thru store looking for certain pieces. One employee offered helpful hints about fabric. Will most likely order-- still considering fabric options!

We bought the Cameron Slope Arm Sleeper Sofa. The help at Tices Corner NJ was great. The build and delivery was prompt and the delivery guys were super nice and careful. Really great experience!

I love this store. Pricey, but interesting stuff you won't find elsewhere. I like that so many items are seasonal, so there's always a reason to go back. The downside of seasonality is that quite a few of the items are stocked in limited quantities.The staff at this store is unfailing nice and so helpful. They make shopping, and even just browsing, such a pleasure.I took off one star because the store now closes at 7pm! Who closes at 7?? Especially three weeks from Christmas. This is a real pain for people who work during the day. It seems that they don't want our business.

Visited on black friday and had a design appt here. Allison was helpful and pleasant despite being pulled in various directions. There was constant communication prior to confirm. I met Allison and she was knowledgeable and did not get flustered with the computers being down.Perhaps an "appt sign" at the workstation would ensure clients get the time without interruption. Looking forward and hoping my order will be delivered on time and without any issues.

We ordered several things in the Woodcliff Lake location this year. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Delivery was excellent. We're still waiting on two items, and we were advised of the delay prior to purchasing. We're planning on making a trip there again this weekend

I was there to purchase this trip and with the help of saleswoman understood that there were two types of quilts available. Also had everything I wanted ordered for me and shipped to the house I never feel right getting help, but this time it paid off.

I don’t think I’ve ever posted a negative review before. I am so upset that here is the first! We have purchased tons of furntiture and decor from PB over the years. We have experienced substantial delays over the last year - some of which were understandable. Most recently, however, we ordered a set of two chairs. We ordered them based on the representation that they would be delivered timely. They were delayed on multiple occassions. THEN when they were both to finally be delivered, only one of the two was delivered. When only one was delivered, we were going to deny the order, but were told the other one was simply left at the warehouse and would be delivered later the same day. We were then told it would be delivered the next day. We were then told it was lost. We then said that we wanted a refund for both and to have the delivered chair picked up. The chai bc r was later picked up. HOWEVER, we STILL have not received a full refund for the chairs and the representative consistently tells us they have to 'speak with the vendor' before issuing a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable and, now months later, ridiculous! We absolutely loved the products, so this is a very unfortunate situation. Stay away from PB for now as their customer service and financial processing are horrific!

Terrible delivery system. Do not recommend the store at all, unless you can leave the store with the merchandise. Things are getting in my home in parts, some delivered by UPS some by their drivers... Tuesday they supposed to deliver an inside dinning set, they brought everything but the top of the table. Today the box with table came with the top and the feet, no legs. I am not joking. Surreal. I like their style but the delivery system is a nightmare that I have never experienced anywhere. That is only one of the crazy things they have done with my 2 recent orders. I bough 2 dining sets, and I have only parts and boxes around my house and garage. Still don't have inside or outside dining set.

I ordered an expensive bed. It never arrived. The salesperson and manager refused to help when I called. They never even returned my calls. I ended up calling and speaking to the CEO , yes, the CEO, to finally get the bed delivered. There never was a follow up call or check up before, during, or after the bed arrived, from the store at Tices. The salesperson, a professed interior decorator never followed up. . You would think she’d want to be professional. It took MONTHS.. the CEO was a lovely professional woman.
