$73.57 for a flat fix? If that's not a highway robbery, I don't know what it is. They saw an old man and took advantage of him. Smh
To respond to your response, I have had patches installed for $15.00 and if I decided on a plug, it would've cost me $10.00 US. I'm sure my father in law did show you where the nail was, which was sticking out like a soar thumb. At 88000 miles I am still on all five valve cores, while you found it necessary to replace a valve core at 28000 miles? You reset the TPMS, and have the audacity to bring it up in your response, which I could've reset myself.
Yes, my father in-law is very happy with your service station and he always talked highly of you two brothers to me. But I see things that my father in-law does not see.
Again, $73.57 for a flat fix? Seriously!
Peace.

Stopped with my vehicle in a crisis situation. Mechanic forgot to tighten oil plug. Begged the owner if he could just tighten it quick so my cars engine wouldn’t blow. Refused to unless I paid however much for his time. I never expect stuff for free, even offered to do it myself. I would never go here, wouldn’t trust crooks like this for a minute. Gone are the days of civil decency and everyone is just out to make a buck. Tells a lot of the type of person running this business and would you really want to leave your car with someone who’s onlyConcern is how much money they are going to make? I know I wouldn’t.

Been a valued resident of Woodcliff Lake since 1995. Don and Jim by far run the most respectable old-school style fuel station around. You will never find anything like this staff that will clean your windshield and tend to your every need. Top-notch vehicle repair service mechanics that are all certified, and to my knowledge know more than almost all mechanics I know and charge a very fair price for services rendered. Anything needed from my car from gasoline to a simple repair to a major repair. I’ll always go to D&J

Excellent service. This is our go-to gasoline station and automobile repair shop. Both brothers are extremely dependable and always kindly attend to our needs. Another great perk is their honesty.

I've been robbed !!!! They are scammers, they charged me 50 dollars for gas and they charged me 75. I complain again and they tell me to go the next day, I go the next day and they tell me that they will not give me my money to leave or call the police, they are scammers!

A great repair shop. I've been meaning to leave a review for a while now. I work at the mall behind the shop and needed an oil change while I worked my shift. I met both Don and Jim. They are both kind, soft spoken mechanics who care about cars, good service and have a nice, organized system in their office. They texted me when they were finished. Jim gave me a run down on future repairs.A month later, I had a sudden alarming coolant leak I couldn't find not find the source of. Don and Jim found it immediately. I was able to drop my car off in the morning and walk to work. They had it ready to go and running perfectly by the time I finished my shift. They are ace mechanics and their prices are unbeatable. I currently need new tires and look forward to bringing my car back to them.

The employees were helpful and honest. The integrity and kindness they treated me with as a first time customer were incredible and rare these days. They couldn’t solve my problem but were happy to help me find someone who could. I would go back for different problems anytime

If you are looking for quality service and affordable pricing D&J Valero is the place to go. I recently had new tires installed. The valve stems needed replacement. Jim went out of his way to locate new stems and have my car ready for pickup the same day. There is a reason D&J Valero is still going strong and this is one of many!

Brought car in for Oil change and to check my brakes, especially the rear brake calipers as I was told by Mavis Tire they were hanging up and needed $450 worth of repairs. The Owner (Jim) had his Mechanic pull all 4 tires and performed a thorough inspection and road test. Outcome of inspection revealed calipers had been "hanging" And had been cleaned of rust and lubed recently... Jim told me to come in 3,000 miles to replace rear rotors, as they are to thin to cut again, new brake pads. My cost 30 minutes of Labor versus $450 at Mavis. I'll be back in 3,000 miles. This is an Old School Auto Repair Shop with highly experienced Mechanics

Nice that Don's has taken on Valero gas as prices are much better than when they sold Sunoco and they even clean your windshields which is a welcomed service you hardly get anywhere these days. This makes the total buying experience very satisfying.
