“I recently visited the Woodcliff Lake location and had a very positive experience with an associate named Lisa. I tried on a beautiful chocolate brown sequin dress that I absolutely loved, and it fit perfectly with the exception of the length of the sleeves, which were just a little bit too long. As a result, I was not going to purchase the dress and Lisa then offered to tack them up for me and to do a little shopping while she took care of the dress. I want to give her a huge shout out for the wonderful customer service given to me at this location and I’d like the company to know what a wonderful addition she is to your team. Again, thank you Lisa and I really do appreciate you’re going out of your way to make my shopping experience a positive one. By the way I’m wearing it tomorrow evening and I cannot wait!”
