“To be honest I only use the ATM machine and use the app, never really go to the tellers, my guess is that they need new staffing/employees that are better equipped for customer service, this is why the reviews come across as negative, and I quote: "Capital One, What's in Your Wallet??"”

“For the most part, everyone is really nice and friendly and you can tell they are doing they best they can with whatever they got.This would be a least a five star review, but my interaction with a help desk person name James De Jesus was just ride and unprofessional to say the least.I'm sure everyone got their troubles, and doing with people all day is not easy (I worked costumer service for over 10 years) but Mr. De Jesus was carrying those troubles on his sleeves, face, and body language.That, I can deal with (given me background) but when he LIED to my face about transactions protocols and procedures while at the same time either pretending not knowing something or "we don't do that," goes beyond unprofessional.I will be returning to the branch after I go to another branch and get done what I know TD Bank already had promises me and see what other excuses he has for me.”

“Chase may be a big bank and may even be the biggest however you would never know it in this branch. I am not there often however everyone seems to know my name and remember me. Everyone at the bank has provided me with great service 100% of the time and has made sure any promises made were kept. Over the years I have been through many banks however this one branch stands out for its customer service.”
