“you know I had the worst problem. They're investigating a money order that I deposited at the same time a large check with deposited in my account and I had a restriction on it. It was a nightmare, however, Rosanna from this branch on browertown rd was amazing. She was very patient. She kept me informed. She was very professional and had a great smile. The rest of the staff at this Branch, we're very accommodating, friendly, courteous, and professional. For one of the worst experiences I've ever had in the bank staff here made it seem like it was nothing”
