“you know I had the worst problem. They're investigating a money order that I deposited at the same time a large check with deposited in my account and I had a restriction on it. It was a nightmare, however, Rosanna from this branch on browertown rd was amazing. She was very patient. She kept me informed. She was very professional and had a great smile.
