I usually only leave reviews for a restaurant of some sort. And I am a very patient person but this has got to be one of the slowest Banks I have ever been to and I just moved to this location thinking that okay better neighborhood, a better Bank. Unfortunately I have been here two times within this week and they have only one teller working and I have been in line both times over 25 minutes and didn't even get to the teller. Very inconvenient I can't imagine what a Saturday is like coming to this Bank

I usually don’t review many places but I felt the need to do so given my experience. I went for a withdrawal and realized I did not have my wallet. However, I had my US citizenship and some utility bills. The supervisor there (a middle aged African American lady) was raising her voice at me, talking to me in a condescending and demeaning way, and basically insinuating that this was not my account. No person should ever be treated this way, this is the example she gives to the staff. No wonder this branch has horrible reviews. Save yourself a bad time and go somewhere else.

Normally I love to go this location. Everyone seems to me very helpful and nice. But recently they got a cashier name ( Jenecis) she is very rude to me. She don’t know what is the customer service. She don’t have sense of customer service and she is unfit for that kind of corporate culture.

Made a big mistake not reading other customers reviews before coming to this branch. The clerks are absolutely incompetent, but the manager is even worst. Rude and obnoxious(middle aged white lady). Chase really needs to look into what these clowns are doing and if this was a small business they’d be long gone. Do yourself a favor and somewhere else.

Went to open 2 business accounts, I was asked a lot invasive questions, simply their job is to open my accounts if I have the correct documents. I asked them to do specific things to my accounts and have specific documents ready so I can handle my business accordingly. They couldn’t do that for me. Then I try and call to get certain documents fixed but no one ever answers the phone. Now I’m forced to go back in for a document that should’ve been given to me the day I opened my accounts. Would never come back to this branch, after I get these documents, again.

I never leave any bad reviews before But today I had bad experience at that branch. I was there today 30 minutes before they close I was gunna withdraw money over $1000 ,,I waited over 30 minutes and there was only 1 customer In front of meI asked for $100s they told me only $20s I asked her if someone else can help and Of course she did not help me at all just wasted my time, big branch Hire people with no customer service experience and has no $100 billsThis is the worse Chase branch

The ATM Dispensed 500 out of the 800 I requested I put in a claim and they denied it. So basically CHASE bank is stealing from me. They claim they checked the machine and everything was fine. So I'm just supposed to be okay with Chase stealing from me.
