He fixed the problem within an hour to my automatic start on my car. He was very nice and polite. It was just hard to reach him without a direct number. Going through Best Buy phone number took over 30 minutes. This had nothing to do with the actual service, the guy was knowledgeable and quick.

They are very good at customer service I must say, because it was very professionally handled.Oh I’m taking about my car remote starter. Their price was the best you can’t beat that. They’ll fix if anything happens to it ever and remove it if I sell the car for free!

Delivery of my dryer was terrible. They were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I had to cancel the order and I requested a refund. After almost a week I still have not gotten my money back only to find out, they never processed the refund. Will be buying my dryer somewhere else.
