Seriously understaffed. Made an appointment, came in, and the line is ridiculous. The staff mentioned that they're only working out of one room, which is totally insane. They need help.

I had the worst experience with an employee, she told me i should’ve gone to a location in weekends for kids because apparently arriving at 7:10am on a weekday was to difficult for the employee as in her words she can’t get to us fast enough and then left the blue tag on a baby had no empathy or communication skills and just asked to take it off without telling me then they don’t have the complete blood draw so then Denise had to jump in and was wonderfully communicated and was able to get my daughters blood work when the other employee was aggravated my daughter was a baby crying and that we came in the morning because she was going slowly and didn’t like the inconvenience and telling me to go to other locations when she doesn’t know people’s personal lives throughout the appointment, she was the worst experience and truly made the day terribly!

I went there last week. Staff was great. I am still waiting for my results and it will take another week. Sent a message to Labcorp, they said my results are delayed because "We also show an additional delay in testing for this lab location of 7-10 days due to capacity constraints." If you need your results quickly dont go to this location..................better yet if your insurance allows you go to Quest

It was a crazy Friday before the holidays. The state of the waiting room plus hallways made me consider fleeing the country. However, when Nijah took me back to the room, I felt like I’d won the lottery! Not just because it was finally my turn, but because she gave such great care. She distracted me throughout the 20 vials taken, and treated me with utmost kindness. I can’t thank her enough for keeping such poise and grace throughout a very difficult day. I tried to give her a tip after, and she wouldn’t accept it. LabCorp, if you’re listening, this girl deserves one heck of a Christmas bonus!

Staff was very good. My blood work results are usually available in 2-5 days. This time it's taking two weeks.... per labcorp when I asked for a status: "My research shows your testing has not yet finalized for 12/06/2023. The normal turnaround time for Magnesium, RBC testing is 2-4 days. We also show an additional delay in testing for this lab location of 7-10 days due to capacity constraints. The expected date for your test to be finalized is 12/20/2023." I had to miss a follow up visit with my doctor, which I scheduled a week after my visit. If your insurance allows go to Quest

waited from 10am-12pm for routine bloodwork in the hallway because so many people were packed in the waiting room... never got called to go in...wasted my day... decided to leave... got a call at 1:30 pm (3 hours later) when I was already back to work ...lady in front was rude, Place was filthy, it was extremely unorganized and unprofessional! Labcorp should be ashamed!

I went to drop off sample for a sibling who can't do himself. Waited outside with others because cleaning crew opens door when they show up. I put my name in and hit for other on screen. All messed up. Woman behind desk told me 3x to log in again. Luck a wonderful woman saw my dilemma let me go ahead of her for second tried and told front desk she witnessed not going through. All to drop off. I get woman at desk one person but come on.

Very long waiting, i was walk in but the place was not busy it took one hour and a half to be serviced, the person work there was super slow taking so long to do her job . The front desk have attitude. I will never go back again.

Rude staff and no organization! Taking walk ins ahead of people with appointments, so busy and backed up but they prefer walk ins over appointments who have been waiting for over an hour? Makes no sense…

Horrendous!!! Calling corporate Monday. People with appointments are waiting 30 min-1 hr and there's plenty of walk ins all over.

OMG !!! These are the horrible and unacceptable manners of the ladies who’s working on front desk. We were making an appointments for nothing. This is not organized office. Where is the supervisor of the office to read and check many complaints from your clients. You need to provide good service and change your employees.

I recently visited this lab to get my sons bloodwork done. The woman at the desk was unapproachable, unkind, and impatient. My son has gotten bloodwork done at another location and did absolutely wonderful and they let him leave with a plastic tourniquet, as my son has Autism Spectrum Disorder, I let him bring it with him to this lab for this visit to help prepare him as these things can be scarier for a child on the spectrum. When the woman saw it while we were waiting in the hallway to be called in, she started yelling at him for taking it. Myself and his behaviorist explained to her that he had brought it with him and she was not hearing it. As we were walking in she said hi to my son and he didn’t respond, as he has autism, and she made a snarky comment about it and I said that he doesn’t really talk.When we got into the room we went to put him in the chair and she immediately started telling us we couldn’t do that even after we tried to explain to her that it would be better for him if he sat by himself and he has done it successfully before. She again refused to listen to what we were saying and I was forced to sit with him on my lap which made the experience so much more traumatic for him. I handed his personal tourniquet to his behaviorist and this woman again became hostile over the fact that we had it and yelled at us and told us we couldn’t take another from her. We both explained to her that this was our first time with him at this location and he had brought with him, to help himPrepare for his bloodwork, from a previous appointment that was somewhere else and she just wasn’t listening to us instead continued to berate us for having it.As we were sitting in the chair she called someone else to help hold my son down instead of letting his behaviorist help and was being absurdly rough trying to tie his arm. She switch from the left to the right to find a vein, which I understand does happen, but there’s no need to be rough about it. She then proceeding to GRAB MY right arm, which was free and rubbing my child’s head to try to calm him, because now he’s having a full meltdown over the situation, and throw it over my son and told me to hold him down better. She had absolutely no right to touch me as I was not the patient and as an adult could’ve verbalized to hold him differently.This is experience was so traumatic for my son and I couldn’t recommend this place less. Corporate will be hearing from me, or my representative, for further actions.

Just got a blood test, was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff was nice and diligent.
