Just been to this bank and the service was the worst I’ve experienced since being a member for the last 12 years. Susan was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Do better.

I could not have been happier with my experience working with Marcela and Maria! They were absolutely wonderful to work with, pleasant, kind, and very knowledgeable! It was great being greeted by Victoria while I was closing on my HELOC as well! Great relationship focused branch!

Worst bank ever. Very poor management and lack of professionalism. They only looking to scam and steal our money. I asked Maria for a credit card that has 12 months free interests and she supposedly applied it for me. I told her I have a school bill and I need 12 month period to pay it off. however, a month later a found out she applied for the wrong credit card ,transfer balance, and now I'm stuck in this debt and interest is accumulating rapidly. Called them and only received apologies from them but they can't fix the mistake their employee made. I'm taking this to court and let a judge decide. Please if anyone got same issue with Maria contact me.#pnc worst bank ever.

I have been very patient and understanding with various places due to COVID and understanding that many places are understaffed. I contacted the office at lunch time to schedule to be seen that day at 5:15-5:30. I was told to just come in and I would be taken care of. I arrive (at 5:13pm) to be told by Marjorie that the representatives to open an account are taking care of other customers. I was asked if I'd like to wait and said I would wait, even though I called and was told I'd be taken care of. I waited until 5:50 to have someone come out to tell me that I'm sorry the customers we are taking care of still need more time and we cannot see you today. "Would you like to schedule an appointment for another day?" I said I had one scheduled today and look at what happened. BYE. I went to the office in Garfield on Outwater Lane and was treated much better (seen twice in one week) by a staff member there. It was worth the extra 5-10 minute drive out of my way.It is unfortunate that due to the capacity and rushing of things that "just walk-in" is the immediate go to." That or being dismissed.

Worst bank ever. You can tell they get paid by the hour. And it’s definitely not much! Corporate needs to fire everyone and start over. Seems like the manager in there only hires her friends.

Do not come to this drive thru if you're in a rush. They only keep 2 lanes open and I have been waiting an hour now in the same spot. You wou think with no on allowed in banks at this time that they would add more tellers to the drive thru. TERRIBLE.
