“The team of movers were exceptional. They immediately put me and my husband at ease. We had been stressed about our move for weeks. We were happy to have chosen Freedom Movers (AKA Mayflower). No damage... The crew worked hard to insure a smooth process. I will certainly use them again! (But, hopefully not anytime soon.)”

“We had such a great experience with Kevin at Safe & Secure Self Storage! He helped us get set up with our storage unit and was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He took his time answering all of our questions, gave us a lot of helpful information, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and their prices are great too. Amazing customer service — 100% recommend!”

“Jarred was amazing and accommodating. I would definitely recommend anyone to venture here for keeping your keep sakes here. The hours are awesome. Jarred makes you feel comfortable and he is an awesome manager. 5 stars easily.”
“Honestly a great location, couldn't ask for more. Reasonable pricing, no crazy price hikes (raised price once after a year and a half of renting by like $20), easy loading and unloading with the truck bay, and two large elevators with large carts for moving boxes and furniture. Very clean, the most I saw when I cleared out my stuff was a few dead ladybugs lol. Great staff too, super accommodating and kind.”
“The professionalism and care from Alfonso was immaculate. He was very informative, made sure we felt comfortable and got the best deal possible. He was very personable and friendly, and if we ever have any issues in the future, he’ll be the first person in mind to contact.”
“facility is clean & cool, the unit is got was on the 2nd floor (which is carpeted to reduce noise & echoes)
staff was friendly & accommodating
I did my initial reservation over the phone while I was driving in route to the facility, so paperwork was practically done once I got there. visual inspection, signatures & payment took less than 15 minutes.”
“Very organized location compared to other storage places I've been to in the past. Dave was wonderful! Felt very safe (which as a woman, it helps!) Thank you Dave!”

Ricardo was the gentleman that helped me out. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He offered different price options to help me out and just overall made the whole process easy and quick. Glad I came here and thankful for Ricardo’s help.”

“I really wanna give a shout out to Renata. The person whose unit I’m cleaning out had lost the key to their lock and Renata had to use some kind of circular saw to get the lock. In addition, I had bought a new lock, but in packing up my car could not find it and she gave me one to borrow overnight. That is truly Above and beyond service and I just wanted to be sure that everybody knows it’s a great facility here with great people nice and clean.”

“I am writing to share my positive experience with your facility in Wood-Ridge.
Aliya was incredibly polite and took the time to show me three different units while explaining every detail of the facility. Her positive attitude made me feel very comfortable.
When I called later to finalize my decision, I spoke with Patrick. He was wonderful, attentive, and extremely helpful in explaining current promotions and helping me determine which unit best suited my needs.
I will begin moving my items this Monday. Based on the excellent customer service I received both in person and over the phone, I will certainly recommend your company to others.”
“I called to make a reservation at this place and was plesantly surprised at how genuinely helpful and caring the sales person, Ashley, was. She realized I could use a smaler unit and got me a prorated rate which saved me money. The process was easy and they have an app to help you manage your stay. I also received a welcome call from the manager. Great attention to detail. Love it so far.”
“Jessica, the manager, was absolutely amazing, and I also have to mention her assistant, King, who was equally helpful. They made the whole experience easy and pleasant with excellent customer service. I honestly wouldn’t consider renting storage anywhere else and will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.”
“Site is awesome. It has carpetted units, is clean & sweet with an awesome inside loading dock. The staff is amazing. Site manager & her assistant manager are friendly, caring & professional.”
