Horrible service. Distracted, no communication, and did not notify us our order was ready minutes after they finished it. We had to ask them to get our finished order after waiting around in front of them.

Placed an online order over the app for delivery. This store does not offer delivery. I wanted to use the BOGO offer which is not available through the delivery services. Well I placed the order was charged for it then a few minutes later got a message that something went wrong with the order. I went down to the store to talk to someone because the phone wasn’t being answered. It went straight to voicemail. The two employees there couldn’t even speak English. Fortunately there was a FedEx driver who translated for me. They had no record of my order yet my housemates debut card was charged for it. I will not be going back to this Subway!!!

Food is good, no complaints on that. As for customer service, if I can give zero stars, I would. The lady who was taking my order was extremely rude. I was being asked the same questions, so I assumed she couldn’t hear myreplies. I answered a little louder with absolutely no attitude or intention on being rude or unkind. She abruptly told me to relax and that she was just asking me a question. I responded that I was not trying to be rude and I simply thought that she couldn’t hear me. She proceeded to mumble and talk about me in Spanish, thinking I couldn’t understand. Her attitude is terrible and uncalled for. Awful experience.

The sandwiches are ok if you get the right person to make them. However the customer service sucks! NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH so they are always messing up. They don't listen at all. I tried to split the payment for my order which I've done before so the guy says ok then I put my card & it declined which he said . I repeated I said I wanted to split the payment and you said okay . He then looks at me like I have 12 heads so just to get out of there I paid everything in cash. I have complained to the owner/manager on multiple occasions and nothing has changed. If I didn't work so close I WOULD NEVER GO BACK .

A very good Subway to use I came here to eat three times while I was here for a week from the UK the food and drinks were GOOD and the staff were real nice to deal with. I will use this Subway again when I am back in the area.Thank you.

The food is really tasty, but they're very stingy with meat (even if you order double meat / double protein). And by stingy, I mean to the point that you see them actually counting the slices of meat you get (the manager is the worst offender with this, about 5 to 6 thin slices of each meat for a footlong), which forces me to either pay for triple, or pray I get someone who doesn't count slices then bribe them with tips so they continue not to count.If you want a strictly all meat sub with no veggies, like me, you're gonna be disappointed and get a very skimpy sub; which is a shame because their meats are very delicious.
