SHOUTOUT TO CHELSEA!!Called customer service # Wed am. On hold for 40 minutes - Hung up. 400 pm. Another 40 minute hold. Tried text. Ellen at the other end wanted me to put this through insurance, bc she didn't know a simple troubleshoot like RESET network. ?♂️I'd had enough, and went into my local shop here. Chelsea reset my device, and in 10 minutes, everything was back in order.As customer svc totally sucked (one of the reps said he was disconnecting the call, so I disconnected, but then he called back- no thanks, too little, too late, bud...)This is 0% reflection on this store, but *CORPOŔATE TAKE NOTE AND PLS DO BETTER *.This resolution was so simple- took 90 minutes to get horrible, incompetent svc. by phone, and only 10 minutes in-person, to fix the bugs. It's really not that complicated.Chelsea & the gang: 5.Customer Service: 0.

Let me start by saying I am not a T-Mobile user but someone else is & they stole my address. I have been actively trying to get my address of this strange person's bill. I have even gone to the police... so my review is about the manager of this store who thought in order to get rid of me, lying was the appropriate action. Dione Keith made up a bogus policy for T-Mobile which would wash his hands of my problem. I left the store, knowing he lying but if I stayed any longer looking at this smug expression, I probably would have caused a scene

Had an ok experience. Henry helped me over the phone as I needed a new phone ASAP and he was happy to physically check the inventory unlike every other store I had called. However, when I came in a few hours later to get the phone, the guy who assisted me (spanish looking male with a man bun) who I believe might’ve been the manager on shift did the bare minimum ! Gave me my phone and receipt and that was about it LOL Henry had a whole customer and was still checking in if it wasn’t for him this store would’ve gotten 1 star.

Dione and Chelsea are amazing! We ran in because we had issues leaving our old provider and they went above and beyond to make our transition to T-Mobile as easy as possible. Excellent customer service!

Went to T-Mobile in Woodland Park wanting to transfer from AT&T. Fabio Munoz was such a great help, very professional, and super relaxed throughout the process. He answered all questions and got all my old pictures to my new phone. Super knowledgeable and respectful as well! He takes his time to take care of his customers and even my grumpy dad was pleased with the level of Fabio’s service. If you are looking to switch, I highly recommend stopping by to speak to Fabio!

I had the privilege of meeting Jessica Ramos. It was a busy day and she was triple tasking but she did it flawlessly and was soooo helpful. She deserves a raise. The staff are very nice. I recommend Jessica ?

This store is great … I went to the Apple Store and they couldn’t help me when T- mobile. I lost my photos and they said they were gone permanently but T- mobile resolved my issue… hooray. Today Dione helped me with getting rid of all my duplicate photographs which totally used up me gmail. Now I know how to delete them.

I do not advise anyone to go to this store. I will summarize everything. They are thieves, especially the manager. He does not have the slightest level of respect and does not have the minimum level of experience. Unfortunately, even the employees of this company have the same thing. I am facing a problem with this store since the month of 5. All of them run away from help, whether the store Which I had gone to when he was offering to switch to T Mobil and they would take care of paying the difference for the phone, which is $800, nothing happened to fraudsters

Visited this location late afternoon yesterday, with my husband in where we were trying to acquired more information on a promotion we received in the mail. Spanish Gentlemen whos name I do not remember, was extremely rude, when we asked about the promotion. He automatically refer us to customer service, he mentioned there was nothing for him to do at the store. lets keep in mind, I have previously visited, this location with my father in where we also received a promotion, young lady was kind and was able to assist us. Reason why I decided to come in with my husband and switch services. When a Client walks in to a location we are hoping to be assisted with well explained answers to our questions and concerns, not to receive attitudes when others do not like their jobs. Perhaps working in costumer service is not your best assets.
