They are knowledgeable, able to diagnose car issues and inform customers on repair steps. Staff helpfully directs customers to the needed objects and provides hands-on assistance, such as installing parts. The experience is comforting for those who know little about cars, creating a positive and welcoming store environment where customers feel well-treated.

Very helpful staff. Unfortunately, the representative was not able to locate my needed part in the available inventory - nor online - but he devoted a lot of time and energy in his attempt to help me, which I appreciated.

The customer service here was pretty doggone Good. I came in with a battery issue, and the guy offered to test it And charge it for no charge. Die hard battery. He even looked through the database to determine if I had purchased the battery from advanced auto.
