I bought a Mazda 2011 for them about 5 months ago under the impression that the car was under good conditions for used car, little did I know that it was the worst decision of my life. A month into driving the car, my car lost its communication with its transmission control module, leaving me stranded in the middle of the highway! Following that incident I took the car to the dealership under the understanding that if the car ever need any repairs they would help me, the car sat on their lot for a month and a few weeks and they did nothing! I had to take the car to certified mechanic and they ordered the TCM and installed it onto the car! I’ve had numerous problems with the engine, the motor mounts, and the transmission, all of these issues they have refused to fix or address! Yesterday I woke up with the surprise that the car started leaking its antifreeze (coolant), when I lifted the car up to my surprise all the hoses that carried the coolant, were all broken and wrapped with electrical tape! I was in shock that people could be so careless and not even considering the danger it could impose on the driver’s safety and the safety of their families! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! Now I’m without a car!

I purchased a car from them at 18 years old, the car left me walking and started experiencing problems 30 days after i purchased it.Sal, the owner reassured me that if any problems come up with the car, he would cover it due to the understanding we knew SOMETHING was wrong with it at the time of purchase and i was a young girl who needed a reliable car. 6 months in, after complaining of my car skipping, not accelerating correctly, etc, my check engine light came on and the car was taken back to their mechanic. My dash board was cleared and they sent me away without looking at the car and told me to come back when the light returned .. the light never returned and my transmission blew in the middle of me driving. the dealership refuses to take responsibility and states that once the car is off of their lot, it is on me.Sal expected me to pay for a new transmission and labor for his mechanic to install, while still expecting me to pay the full remaining balance of the car.If i could give them 0 stars, i would!!

Make sure you go with someone who knows about cars they will f you over especially if your a young lady. They told me my car would be detailed and clean as new it was disgusting when I received it, the brakes and wipers were terrible. So I told them and they fixed it, If I didn’t say anything they wouldn’t have done anything about it. Also, my lights were not brightening up the same and they told me “you cannot keep coming back if there is a problem with the car”. Never buying from them again.

I was robbed for 4,000.00 no car and no money back. Sild me a solaro and the engine came off on the highway so they swapped me into a honda fit. I missed only 2 pay ments and they kept the car and my money i kept offering them money but they wouldn't take it . its a blue honda fit he took my money and my car they rip u off i am sueing them my car is still registered and insured. My things are still in the xar he said he wasnt going to sell it he was giving us time due to the pandemic. We only needed something fixed on the car after he fixed it he wouldn't give it back so he toik my money and my car can some one help me cause leave it up to me i will do something really bad .thankd
