“I reserved a van at the Pennsauken U-Haul Moving & Storage, but because the previous renter didn’t return it on time, they sent me to the Maple Shade location. Leyla took outstanding care of me—she was super friendly and got me on the road fast! The only negative was that the truck smelled like cigarettes (not her fault). “I have purchased 20' trucks from bentley in the past for Suburban Solutions Moving but my most recent purchase of a dump truck for Main Line Junk Removal was 10 stars out of 5. “Love love love this place! Only place I'll go for a rental. Guys at the counter are so helpful and accommodating. Don't let the name fool you, cars are all new models and in pristine condition. Every time i rent i never want to give the car back and am always able to extend. Also when i called last min and online says there's nothing available, Brian took care of me saved my weekend ?”

“We highly recommend Wurst & Sons for local U-Haul rental. ?? Excellent customer service, and convenient, easily accessible location in South Jersey (Mantua). The owners were very friendly, helpful, efficient, and effective. Our 9-ft cargo van had low miles (about 9,000), was very clean inside, and drove perfectly well. No problems whatsoever, despite freezing temperatures in the teens and some patches of snow and ice on the roads. Key drop-off after hours was simple and convenient, as well. Overall, we were very satisfied and we highly recommend Wurst & Sons for renting U-Haul vehicles! (p.s. And when you're there, say hi to Stripes! ?)”

We’re a busy food business and Tibin has gone above and beyond to secure us trucks when needed (we specifically needed reefer trucks and ones with lift gates) which have been difficult with other providers during “black outs” where certain trucks have been hard to source.”

“Enterprise is always dependable, professional, and straightforward. There are a handful of good rental companies out there, as well as many that will do anything they can to rip you off, over charge you, or misrepresent their rates.
Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”
“Spectacular experience. Great management and employees. I reserved my vehicle simply by calling directly Rent-A-Wreck directly. I called one business day in advance, they did not ask for any money upfront, and there were no problems. Car was excellent, no funny sounds or smells.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone complaining about not getting refunds, booking problems, etc., are probably using Expedia or some other 3rd party system, which has NOTHING to do with Rent-A-Wreck policy.”

“I really appreciate how customer oriented this crew is at this location. For anyone questioning making an out of state move:
-The 12 foot truck was extremely simple. You can't see out of the rear view mirror, but that is the only issue. It drives very well.
-I was worried about mechanical issues but these trucks are all newer. The truck I had was 1 year old with 35k miles on it, and all trucks are serviced every 8k miles.
-I did buy the extra insurance and even though I didn't need it, I would do it again.
-The staff was great. I went into the location first because I had so many questions and concerns. They answered each one and were very kind when I needed to change my reservation date/time.
For clarity, no one asked me to write this review. I just want to make sure the people that work at this location get the accolades they deserve.

“We rented a truck for helping to move some items from the Tampa FL area just south of Philadelphia. I needed to drop by this facility with my DL to add me as a driver. It seems like a new place. Lots of trucks. New building. People that helped were friendly. Oh…and the pricing was much better than U-Haul.”
“Had to recently rent a cargo van from U-Haul in Somerdale. I made my reservation via the website. U-Haul was great in keeping me informed with several emails about my current status. My estimate was right on target. (I did a good job estimating my miles so there was no surprises) Check in was very easy, and drop off was also easy. Staff very friendly and helpful. The cargo van was clean, and well maintained. Glad to recommend U-Haul of Somerdale.”

“I recently found Mike’s Service when I needed to rent a U-Haul truck. After using them twice, I felt really comfortable with their honesty and professionalism.
At the time, another service center told me I needed new rear brakes on my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 64,000 miles. I asked Mike’s team if they could replace them, and when I mentioned it was a hybrid, they said they didn’t think the brakes actually needed replacing. While I was renting the U-Haul, they took a quick look at my car — and sure enough, they were right! The brakes were fine.
I can’t thank them enough for their honesty — they saved me $250 to $500. Later, I mentioned it to a manager at the senior living facility, where I live, and she said she knows Kelly and confirmed they’re great people — honest and trustworthy. She even refers customers to them often.
All I can say is thank you! I’ll be recommending Mike’s Service to everyone I know.”
