I don't understand why Fulton bank has such an issue with doing things. As a business owner with multiple accounts, and multiple payroll accounts, you would think that they would cater to these people. Nope, don't call back from message you left weeks ago, don't respond when you need services. I would categorize these facilities as large ATMs, and not a friendly servicing bank.

I would typically praise this bank but when I sit in the drive through for 25+ mins because the employees all show up 10 to 15 min after opening time, I can’t say I’m too happy. Shouldn’t they be there early to open by the posted time of 8:30, not walking in at 8:45 and take their sweet time to set up. There were a line of cars all complaining. Most of them business owners also.

Awesome place to bank. Every time I come in am asked how i am doing and the tellers are super friendly , will only bank with Woodstown Fulton Bank

I don’t super care for Fulton Bank, but what makes it all bearable and worthwhile is Shannon. She is the best teller. She helps me all the time with everything that I need, she’s on it quick, friendly, and personable. I stick with Fulton because they are the only bank that is local to me and because Shannon is there!!

I arrive at 11:20 with a broken leg. Waited 5 minutes for them to open the disabled entrance.They would not assist me because they closed at 12pm and needed 45 minutes to open an account. I will be taking my business to another bank. The lack of customer service for someone who was visbily disabled is incredible
