“The check-in process was simple. You do not have to go in because everything can be done online. Upon arrival, I went into the office to get clarity on something and Stephanie was very helpful and professional.
You can access the gate from the app for entry and exit. Everything is convenient.
The units are slightly old and tattered, but they will do for what we need them for. Overall, I would recommend.”

To begin with she stayed open beyond office closing time just to help us then she worked with us to cobble together the correct paper work. “Been using a temp controlled unit for 22 months now. Good customer service, great privacy. The reason I gave four stars and not five is simply because of the price jump over the two years. I understand it’s all based off of market value for storage units, but just wish it was locked in that’s all. Went from around $120 to $178. Finally moved out today! “My mom and dad used this place to store many years of stuff that would not fit in our small home. There have been 3 owners since they first rented their space. All have been nice and worked with my parents if any issue arose-change of due date or rate, things like that. The only downside is that the manager is in this office on Wednesdays but will answer phone/messages anytime. If you stop in, you may get to see the cutest employee ??”

“Everything went well and getting a unit was done very quickly. Only thing is it looked like the unit door was replaced and the old one left in the locker. I thought my movers would've removed it but they didn't causing me to lose a few inches of space. Other than that no complaints.”

“I love it here. The personnel are so friendly and helpful. I am unfortunately homeless, and I keep all of my stuff here. I get up every morning, grab some clothes from my unit, use their bathroom, and then go to the gym to work out and shower. The costs are very reasonable as well.”

“If your looking to store your stuff you should definitely chose iStorage. I did my rental on-line and got my unit and gate code right way. you bring your own lock so your not charged for one. They were having a deal first month free just pay the one time administration fee. iStorage is the cheapest storage rental that I've ever used. you should rent your unit from them.”
“Very clean, well taken care of, and safe. However, it is not locally owned and i have never seen any one in an office on site in case of any problems. Telephone communication is always friendly and helpful though.”

“Would be nicer if could have access to units 24/7 or at least sometime past 5pm because if working til 5:30pm during the week makes things difficult. The process of getting a unit and then moving out of a unit was great! Just the app didn't let me upload photos so had to go to the office to complete the move out process.”
“The staff at this site was exception both at pick-up and drop-off. I accidentally left my laptop bag in the truck (with my laptop in it) when I returned the truck. They quickly found it - contacted me (I hadn't realized that I had left it in the truck). They secured it in the office for me and we're so great when I got back to retrieve it. They were also kindly worried about a cup that I had left on the curve while doing my online check in. Another driver had jumped the curve and hit it. Fortunately the cup was fine.
I rent trucks frequently for work events. I have used a dealer much closer to my home typically. However, your staff was so amazing that I am going to use the Chester location from now on. It is close to my work storage unit, but your staff are what won my business.
Also, the trucks are always clean and the site feels safe and secure.
Phil was amazing at both drop off and pick up. So good to contact me and keep my laptop bag safe.

“Truck was reserved 7am came in received the truck, put exact estimated mileage didn’t pay a penny more reserved it for 12 hours only used it for 6. No damages no problems with the truck I can only imagine the negative reviews are the people who did things they weren’t supposed to do, you know like drive like a moron and smoke weed in the trucks. Only reason it’s a 4 star was the smoke smell in cab other then that it was a quick and painless procedure people on here just need to be a little more intelligent and purchase the right thing instead of giving a good place bad reviews because they can’t drive or follow rules of U-Hauls policy I’d recommend this place no problems!”
