Useless staff they sit and stare while you bag your items when you have bags out already and the a line full of ppl. I don't which worse this store or one in Wrightstown

Staff is very nice, BUT, beware if you purchase tobacco products. They scan your drivers license. There is no posted policy. You will have no idea what they are doing with your license number and address. Although the only thing that shows on the register I believe is your date of birth, but your other information (drivers license number and date of birth) is stored. I called their corporate office and asked. Where does my personal information go? The person had no answer for me. I asked does it get sold to data brokers? Again the person basically said, I can't answer that. You can buy alcohol and tobacco products anywhere and all they do is look at your date of birth. It has been that way for years. With identity theft on the rise. I don't trust them also what if they get hacked? I believe this violates privacy laws. Because they don't post the policy in the store and will not tell me or you what they do with your personal information. Every thing done on a computer has a footprint. Everything can be recovered. To tell me it doesn't store my information after my license is scanned is a lie.
If a person came in the store and purchased tobacco products and paid cash and then came into the store the next day and robbed them. Then if the employee said, hey he came in yesterday. They would view the cameras and see that he scanned his license and then look it up on that computer program they use. The reason I know this. It was on a true crime show I saw. So I know they are lying.

The lady working last night was extremely rude to 2 of the customers. They were at the register waiting to be checked out and had to call for a worker because nobody was paying attention apparently. As the lady walked up she says self-serve basically referring for the customers they should do it themselves so that she doesn't have to bother with doing her job. I believe this was extremely unprofessional and most definitely rude. Not everybody likes to use the self check out.

Great people, great store!!! New Egypt Dollar General is always very clean & the displays look great. You can always count on a friendly face, as DGs staff, are always pleasant & willing to assist !!!! ?

They don't like to handle FedEx returns. They do as little as possible whenever possible.

I love this dollar general location! Of all the Dollar General's I've found this one to be the most clean and tidiest. The only thing I have to say that's not positive about this location is the parking lot is very run down and uneven. Other than that this spot is great and one of my favorite dollar stores to go to.
