I’ve been boarding my dog here off and on since 2018, and the quality of service is second to none! My pup was just as happy during check out as she was for check in. They even washed her bed and gave her a complimentary bath this past time ☺️

We have entrusted our dog, Chief's care to the wonderful people at Graedylen Kennels for 2 years now. When we bring Chief in, she's always excited to see them and when we pick her up, Chief is always in good spirits... And clean. We always get her groomed after her stay. If you're looking for a place to board your pups, THIS IS THE PLACE. Rob and Else are exceptional people that truly CARE for our fur babies. We have boarded our pup with them twice now and although each time has been beyond pleasant, this second time just blew me away and made me realize what a great place Rob and Else are running. We boarded our pup for 17 days! We have never been without our pup for that long and as anxious as we were, Else made us feel EXTREMLEY comfortable throughout. Else called, texted, and even sent photos with any update or concern she had with our pup and handled everything VERY well as if our pup was her own. Our pup even came home with a fresh bath! I can just tell our little one was very happy, well fed, cared for, and just enjoyed himself very much with them. Which makes me one happy dog mom. We truly appreciate them and everything they have done for our little one. We surely will continue to use their services for our pup knowing he is in GREAT hands.

“A wonderful experience” The entire process of boarding our two dogs was without dissatisfaction. Staff appear to be knowledgeable and experienced. The atmosphere demonstrates their love of animals. Updates are also available during boarding. I would recommend this business for any services offered.

We have a highly intelligent working line German Shepherd with high drive and a need for a significant amount of physical and mental stimulation, so naturally we were very anxious when we had to leave him for 19 whole days! As all dog parents we were not sure if anyone else would be able to care for our dog as well as we do, but Else and Rob took care of him like he was their own pet, and they did an amazing job taking him out to play and chase the ball multiple times a day. The first night that he stayed at the kennel he had some anxiety caused diarrhea (as German Shepherds often do) and Else cooked him some bland chicken and rice to calm his stomach. Throught the whole stay they made sure to keep us informed on how he is doing, and they sent us multiple photos and videos. They even gave him a bath! Else and Rob really care about our pets and I can’t recommend Gradlyn Kennels enough!

If you are looking for an AMAZING place to board your dogs...LOOK NO FURTHER!!! We have been boarding our dogs here for the last year and we couldn't be happier. Else and Robert are absolutely amazing and treat our dogs like their own. We get pictures, videos, and updates every day on how our pups are doing and they were groomed before they came home. Gradlyn Kennels is the PERFECT place to be able to go and enjoy a vacation and know that your dogs are being completely cared for! THANK YOU Else and Robert!!!

First time boarding our dogs for 9 days at Gradlyn Kennels. They took good care of Oliver and Willow and even gave them both a bath. We will definitely be using Gradlyns next time we go away.

Rob and Elsa care about animals, especially our dogs, because that's what both Mr. Mister and Sassy tell us each time we pick them up. They must spoil our dogs cuz they are always so excited to go back for sleep overs. Once, Sassy got sick in the middle of a week-long stay, and Elsa called me from the vet. I liked that she cared for our pups the way she cares for hers. It's that kind of attention and communication in knowing they are in loving company each time they spend time at Gradlyn Kennels.

Amazing boarding facility. She watched our dog for 12 days, upon return she had gone above and beyond. Our dog bad been given a bath and looked amazing. We didn't ask for this but she took it upon herself to do it. Can't thank her enough for how well she took care of our dog.

My dog is taken such good care of here, and frankly it's the only place I trust with my dog. Else is so wonderful and caring, and the cost is a fraction of what others charge. I HIGLY RECOMMEND Gradlyn Kennels.

This is probably our fourth time using Gradlyn Kennels in the last couple of years and we will use them again in the years to come as well! Not only are Elsa and her husband so sweet and caring but they truly do care about your pets too. I saw another reviewer mentioned that they fed their pup cooked chicken when they wouldn’t eat and the same happened for one of my dogs too. My cocker spaniel can be quite the diva, doesn’t really like other dogs (besides his brother) and is very choosy about people. He absolutely loves Elsa and her husband. The first time he was there he was having trouble eating and they made him some chicken to add to his food. I don’t know any other boarding places out there that will take time to do something like that. They were very understanding when we had to pick up our dogs a day later and when I picked them up today- they were bathed and brushed! (I didn’t pay for these either- Elsa said they were caught in the rain so she gave them a bath)I’ve never used any other boarding place, I don’t even take my dogs to groomers because of the way my dogs typically react to new people but now they’re so excited when I drop them off and they always come back happy and clean.Thank you Gradlyn kennels! (Also can’t beat the price, my dogs share a room so the price is half of what we would pay somewhere else) ??
