My husband has been using GW services for over 10 years. Their customer hospitality has gone down hill this year and truly has been a disappointment. My husband requested an oil change and new filters for his diesel truck. He requested a certain oil and they put in a different kind from what he requested. They also ordered the wrong filters and he would need to come back up once they received them.
Agreement was to make it right, by draining the oil and put the requested oil in the truck once filters came in. They stated the filters would take a few days. We attempted to contact them over 15 times over 3 weeks and would either be hung up on, put on hold for 10 minutes, or let the phone ring/ignored. Had to get my mom to call the place so it would show up a different number and they picked up first time. Odd, right? It was inconvenient for us to show, living almost 30 minutes away or we would have done so.
Finally received a call back from Jeremy once we had my mom contact their shop. He complained how my husband showed up early and was complaining that they were taking too long. He showed up 15-20 minutes early and never did complain. He watched tv and talked to another customer. He told him he no longer wants to do business with my husband…basically denying him services.
Over what? For them messing up and wanting it to get done the right way like he requested??? Wouldn’t anyone be a little aggravated if they requested something and they did something differently considering it cost over $400.00??? It’s his truck he should be able to choose what kind of oil he wants, the one my husband requested was synthetic so it would last a year versus 6 months…saving money. Instead he puts the cheaper kind in which will require an additional oil change.
My husband and I are both veterans and served collectively over 42 years. So disrespectful and frustrating of the unprofessional behaviors this company has provided. I gave a one star because they were amazing to us for so many years and now they are garbage for how they treat their loyal customers.

GW tire is the most accommodating, honest, and resourceful auto shop I’ve ever been to. I live almost an hour away and I still make my way out there to get both my vehicles worked on bc I don’t trust any shop but GW. I can’t say enough great things about the shop and the staff members.

Tire was cheaper than first told always a good sign. Was in n out in under thirty minutes. Even put my spare back up and my jack away.

Asked him to scan my car to see what's wrong & fix my tire.. they had time to take my money & fix my tire but couldn't scan my car at the same time witch is less work?? Told me to come back at 2:30 because they don't have time.. Very weird will not be getting any more of my money

The children that run this place when Gary isn't around are completely clueless and unprofessional. They have lied to me time and time again and then lied to me saying I don't know what I'm talking about in a nasty voicemail.

The receptionist has screwed me over time and time again. Firstly trying to shoo me away after I got off the phone with Gary and then called him back after he told me to, I get her instead insisting there is no gary that even works there. The owner. Doesn't work there. Secondly I schedule to get my breaks done and a noise checked and she puts me down just to get my brakes checked and not done. Why would I drive all the way over there with squeaking breaks not to get them done? The kids that run the shop when gary isn't there are insufferable and unprofessional, the son and the daughter.
Then I was left a voicemail gaslighting me telling me that I was told that they would need to check my breaks in order to see what needs done and to order parts which is a LIE. Not surprising that they have no remorse in constantly lying to me.
