Customer service is a mixed bag of experience here. I've been several times and some employees seem more than willing and happy to help while others just seem like they want you to get what you need and get the hell out. Especially the heavier set fellow, not sure of his name as they don't wear name tags of any type. The prices are a tad bit steep as well. I'm all for supporting a local business before a main chain. I usually try other local auto parts stores first in the area before stoping by this one as a last resport.

Great local auto-parts store. One of the only places that stocks Wix oil filters. If you need something and they don’t have it they can usually get it the next day.
