Spartan Village is a great place to live and a great park. It is a good community that is very quiet, clean, and peaceful. The neighbors are very nice and helpful. Everyone keeps their homes well maintained and yards clean. It is a very affordable place to live, with lot rent still under $500, which is much less than other parks. Many people are finding it an affordable alternative, and mobile homes are selling like crazy. It offers a simple, affordable, peaceful, and quiet life. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Residents love it there.

The trailer park is quite clean and quiet. Its nice to have neighbors but not someone complaining all the time.
