I cannot stress this enough:DO NOT HIRE TWIN OAKS!!!!!I am only about 1/5th of the way through unpacking my belongings and I have already found more damaged and broken items in this one move than I did in my previous FIFTEEN moves combined. The absolute NEGLIGENT disregard for the safety of my belongings crosses from sheer incompetence into DELIBERATE destruction. The damage claim I file will be long, thorough, and well documented and I will do absolutely everything in my power to ensure that Twin Oaks never receives another contact from the Navy again.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

they Broke and Lost my antique family heirloom 1800’s Victorian carved medicine cabinet. I have not seen it since the day they loaded my things. I will never be able to replace it and I’m heartsick about it. I texted the owner and he ignored me, no response. Shameful. They also broke my beautiful ceramic garden fountain, another antique table from my grandmother, a bathroom cabinet, and a college alum Windsor chair. They gashed my colonial floorcloth before they rolled it up.It’s been over 3 years since I filed my claimFor damages. they said they were consulting antiques appraisers so they can give me the least compensation possible for destroying my family heirloom. The move cost me over $4,000 in loss on top of paying for the move itself, and they only sent me $700. I am disgusted by these people. They have no moral code. Disgusting.

If there was less than one star thats what I would rate this compan. I told the movers multiple times that I wanted my items in boxes. They continued to ignore my request when I received my items, there were items unmarked. They marked my couch as stained and soiled even though it was a brand new couch. I don't have kids and I don't have a dog. My couch is off white and I have photos. The individuals arrived in a U-Haul truck and after I asked why my items were not going in boxes and a crate, he said they'll move them in one when they get to the storage place. None of this happened.

This company should be banned! Shame on the military for contracting out with them. Out of 10 moves, this was by far the absolute worst!! I’ve never seen packers do such a terrible job! Leaving candles unwrapped (which they weren’t supposed to take) on top of family photos, ruining the photos. From beds, to furniture from other countries, the damage is insane! You should be ashamed of yourselves! I hope to god one day karma comes for you!! Disgusting human beings!!

One of the most impressively incompetent organizations I've had the unfortunate luck of dealing with. Dispatch and customer service did not answer their phones during business hours and would not provide me information on my move unless I called. I was notified of my dropoff the day before, when I explicitly told the dispatch I was not going to be available. It took another two and a half weeks of daily calls for another drop off to be scheduled (I was notified the day before again) only for the drivers to show up 4 hours late and with someone else's stuff. I have no idea where my possessions are and I have not been able to get a hold of dispatch to get answers. Avoid this company at all costs.

My 8th military move and this company did the worst of them all. Items were randomly packed, poorly wrapped (if they even bothered to wrap it), and jammed into moving crates with enough force to bend steel railings on an $800 grill. Numerous other items damaged, hardware missing from furniture they disassembled, and I'm still looking for power cords for televisions and other appliances. If you have the option to use another mover, DO IT.Edit: We're still continuing to unpack and still finding more and more damaged items. Everything from dishes and glassware, to entire pieces of furniture and home fitness equipment (our Peloton Tread sustained internal & external damage and won't even turn on). Most items aren't repairable and will have to be replaced entirely. I cannot begin to express how furious I am with this company's gross incompetence and lack of care for anything and everything they touched.

Damaged my couch and refusing to compensate or answer my calls . Even though I paid the deductible, and the movers admitted guilt . Movers were great but if damaged occurs to your property, management would not help you . They are blatantly at this point not answering my attempts at communication

Amazing and professional from start to finish moving from one state to another. Movers were very caring of our furniture wrapping everything with the utmost care. I would definitely recommend them!!

The most disgusting horrific experience. You literally couldn't have had a worse team of packers and movers. 95 percent of our stuff was damaged from their packing skills. One star is generous. They ruined everything! They stepped all over our babies changing table. There were literal foot prints on our stuff. All our white furniture was stained and completely ruined. Things like putting our printers and DVD player loose in a box. A loose toilet bowel scrubber inside a box with clean towels. Do not use these disgusting people. They should be absolutely ashamed of their workers.

One of the absolute worst experiences in my life. I have never seen a less professional group of laborers / movers. Heavy garden items stored on top of plastic children's toys, broken glass, dented furniture, you name it. Workers came and left the job site, truck driver (lead mover) dropped off his trailer and then departed. Can’t believe this “company” is still in business. Refuse to book them if selected, advise you do not even let them in your front door.

We are a military family and have had a bunch of different companies move us over the years. This one is by far the best we've ever had!! They showed up on time and ready to go. They put our stuff exactly where we wanted it and even opened boxes and took the boxes and paper back with them. That was a huge relief since it's a pain having so many empty boxes lying around. The crew was awesome!! It didn't take them long to unload.

My complaint is Twin Oaks trucking company is taking all the area empty lots for storage of their junky trucks. They are parked all over i.e., Ames Plaza and off Sykesville Road. If you reside in the area, it truly takes away from the town and is an eyesore for the residents who live there (in the mobile home area and off Sykesville Road). It's great they're doing well financially and providing jobs for people but maybe they could expand their "own" lot for more trucks and install privacy fencing. Instead of taking all the Wrightstown lots so that we could have nice restaurants and shopping areas, the town has turned into Twin Oaks Trucking town. If I could give a zero, I would.

The company I work for have business relationships with twin oaks for the past 5 years. The owners are nice and easy to work with. They are definitely our agent for southern New Jersey.

I never write reviews, but this place was horrible. They were late delivering my things which is understandable, things happen. However, they never called to let us know. We called the dispatcher Chris a few times with no answer and we also called their number for the warehouse with no answer. My husband had to drive up to the warehouse to see what was going on, just to find Chris sitting at his desk. As soon as my husband left the warehouse the movers came 20 minutes later. The movers were very friendly, but they rushed the entire time breaking and scratching some of our things. We than found out we are missing an item and when we call about it, Chris was very rude that we even brought it up to him. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
