  Bill was very friendly, professional, had everything ready prior to my pick up. the pick up and drop off process was very smooth. Truck was impeccably clean. Heater in the truck was fantastic. It was single digits the day we moved. Truck handled well. Great experience, highly recommended U-haul dealer.
