Went there to get food, and water. They had signage for water buy one get the other for a dollar. I scanned my product and it came up the regular price I spoke with cashier. She spoke with someone else I waited and watch the cashier walked to the fridge took the signage out the fridge. Then walked me back there asking about the sale. Just dishonest.

Most of the staff must've been asleep, because 2/3 of the items we ordered didn't have any of the toppings that were requested. A few were even paid additions.
Pretty disappointing.

So I was racially profiled and treated very unfairly over at this store and I reached out to who I was told was corporate and they promised to investigate the matter at hand and get back to me. No one ever got back to me and I'm still feeling some type of way. I have footage and receipts of the situation at hand and something needs to be done to reassure me that we as people and customers matter. I go in that store and spend a lot of money and give no problems and I'm not okay with being treated differently, nasty or unfairly. I hope someone can get back to me soon. Reference # CS1050112

I come to this Wawa daily for a lot of different items. I'm so glad they changed the rewards system. I come at night now more than I do the morning because some of the employees on the day shift are just plain out rude. Your supposed to greet customers with a smile not give them attitude all the time. Karen over there is very rude and racist acting and she shows up to work wearing whatever she's going through and that's not fair to the customers. We all go through things but we don't take it out on the customers. I would love to start visiting this store in the morning again but not on her shift. Other than that I've had great experiences at this store. The store is always clean, the food is always fresh and some of the customers are actually nice and do a great job.

It's a great WaWa except when I order a sandwich on my 25 minute lunch break and everyone is getting their sandwiches. The people who ordered after me are getting what they ordered, at lunchtime they have 4 or 5 people back there working. Except for one girl, one person is standing around talking to some dude. It seemed like a very important conversation about how much he hates his job. It was way too important to work and listen at the same time. It was a good thing for him another employee was making his sandwich because when she finished his he left then she finally started working on mine. Now that I'm officially late getting back to work and they're going to dock me another 25 minutes for being late I figured I'd leave this review. I won't be getting lunch there anymore and I understand it's just a sandwich but to stand there right in front of me to chit chat about nothing important when I do have something important to get back to was kind of a slap in the face. 1 star for this wawa.
