Walked into the bank to add someone on my account, only to wait for 30 minutes then be told they won’t take me and help me, although I have been a client at this specific bank for more than 15 years now. The gentlemen sitting in his office was on the phone when I walked in and when he finished his call didn’t even ask if I needed help or anything. Instead he sat in his office, other people walked into the bank after me and he assisted them instead of me. The other lady at the bank was helping other clients and advised that she can’t help me because they are going to take time to finish what she was doing for the current clients. She didn’t offer to help after she finished all she cared about was leaving at 2pm even though all I needed would take 15 minutes as she advised. Quite honestly this banks customer service has been getting worse and worse every time I visit.

I can't say enough great things about this branch (Geri in particular) I actually shared my entire beyond positive experience there with both Twitter customer service and a survey from Chase Bank themselves within the last 24 hours so no need to get into it again but the service and entire staff here are absolutely exceptional. Long story short I didn't have my glasses with me and couldn't see the screen while opening a savings account (didn't think I'd need them because of how far one is from the screen due to Covid precautions which didn't cross my mind!) Then let's just say an entire situation that required a lot of patience and composure ensued and Geri didn't miss a single beat!

I was on drive through and waited so long. They even didn't say theywould help. I thought the drive through was out of order. Their service is terrible!! I don't want to use chase!!

this is the worst Chase I have worked. They do ask too many question when you would like to get over $500 cash. It is very close to my home but would rather to stop by another one.

I have been banking here for quite awhile and decided to use Kevin Gear as my mortgage broker. He was responsive, knowledgeable, transparent, easy to get ahold of and patient with all of the questions that I had as a first time home buyer. I will be recommending Kevin and Chase bank to anyone looking for a mortgage! Joe

We've banked with Chase for the last 7 years. I've found their personal service to be excellent. The manager comes out to say hello. The cashiers remember me from previous visits, and their private clients banker remembers to always ask about my family members. I feel like they are exceptionally attentive to detail, caring, and community oriented. We've received special service from them on multiple occasions. This has included someone staying a few minutes late to keep the branch open for important last minute transactions. The only mediocre experience I've had has been with the branch's loan officer. I had trouble getting return calls and eventually didn't get the best rate when I asked for a re-fi consideration. I went with a private mortgage broker who was able to get me a rate with Chase for 0.5% less. This, in my opinion, shouldn't be. Regardless, we have continued to bank with Chase. They have been nothing but exceptional on all other points. Special mentions include: Ricardo Smith, Michael Yackanin, Kevin Gear, and the speediest cashier in the east -- an older gentleman (wish I'd gotten his name)-- who can count money faster than an automated bill counter (no joke). All are superb at what they do and a pleasure to deal with.
