Horrible - they say prescription is in process when they know it is out of stock. Had to drive to Wayne to get the prescription. 20 minutes each way plus 20 minutes waiting to find out that Wyckoff didn’t have it. How about investing some money in a system that helps the customer- they don’t actually care.

The worse CVS to ever exist. The coupon machines never work. The self check out coupon machine is always full. You scan your coupon put it into the coupon section and then it makes you wait for an associate. The associate pushes the coupon further down. The coupon is never applied. She’s calling for someone to bring the key for the machine. And yet no one comes. So I lost my coupon, didn’t get to buy my soap. The lady at the check out area, barely knew English. Incompetent crew here.

This isn’t about this store in party it’s about CVS in general. The time the chose to close the whole pharmacy at every location is absurd. It’s the time of day when working people are on lunch and able to go to the pharmacy. It makes absolutely no sense why a big corporation would shut down operations for any period of time during regular hours. They close those shutters whether someone is waiting or not. They don’t even wait a minute past and not even that, (not this location because they’re good about it ) they stay closed longer than the allotted 30 minutes. Other than that I love CVS but I’m annoyed because no matter where the CVS is I can’t get a convenient pick up during a time when I actually have a second. For context I am a single mother. I have no one to watch my child and I work more than full time between my full time job and babysitting business.
Idk if im the only one who feels this way and if so, ignore me. But it bothers me.

I love this Minute clinic! I went today for a sinus infection.
Obioma NP was so thorough and smart. She really took her time checking me. I appreciate the professional care.

Nurse scheduled me for earwax removal. I have a double ear infection! A few hours before appointment she canceled it!!! No other appointments for 5 days!! CVS minute clinic is a joke! How do you advertise for healthcare and not have the coverage to help people? While I waited for 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start .. hearing the nurse and patients mother laughing and chatting while I waited in pain in both my ears.

Every time I go they never have the prescription ready even though I’ve been told on the phone that it would be ready. It’s almost like it won’t be ready until you show up, get mad that you wasted your time in a 10 minute line only to be told it won’t be ready for another 15 minutes. And the funny part is they do this to a mother of 2 under 2! How am I supposed to have my 2 yr old and baby wait another 15 minutes? I wouldn’t have come in if it wasn’t ready. This happens every time. Highly DO NOT recommend. Taking my business elsewhere finally after this happened for the 10th time.

Made an appointment at this pharmacy for the monovalent booster. Canceled the day before. Continuously checked and finally got to someone who said they have it. They want you to make the appointment again. When you go to vaccinations the store does not come up. They are fully booked and want you to go to another pharmacy. Not seem to be helping seniors with solutions as to when you can get it.!!! Poor service to customer!

Melissa did everything she could for us to get medication for my brother-in-law who just got out of the hospital, she is a saint. Always have a great experience here with the pharmacy!
