Fantastic staff that are attentive and skilled. I smudged a fingernail as I stood up to head to the dryers and it was fixed immediately. Despite my repeated apologies, I was told that it was no trouble. Highly recommended; will definitely be back!

I came here for the second time, but it was a disappointment. I just wanted a clean manicure but the person who did it was in such a hurry... Why are you in such a hurry Maria?You can watch your phone later. I can't say the same for everyone but some employees really need to change. The more perfect their pedicures are, the worse their manicures are.

They stay focused on details and treat you so kindly , plus you get massages while u get a manicure or pedicure, my nails turned out great

Had the pleasure of visiting the nail salon today with some friends and my experience was exceptional with the service and interactions with staff. Lucy was fast and I was done in a flash (which is something I need and love). I absolutely would recommend Horizon and will definitely come back!
