Employees at the register were rude. The girl checking me out did not even look at me or acknowledge me, but continued to go on talking to her fellow co workers and completely ignoring me. She did not even bother to tell me how much I owed, just stood there and stared me down. I do not typically leave poor reviews but my sister was with me and had a similar complaint about the cashier who checked her out. Very sad, considering I rarely have experiences like this one at this location. Sad news, but Kayla and Geselle you could at least fake it if your working in customer service.

This location is horrible!!! A lady named Anna at the register is a nasty employee. She should not be working there if she’s that unhappy . I asked to speak to the manager and the manager says sorry. No one at this location wants to be there they just want to get paid. I will never go here again.

Review:
I cannot express my gratitude enough for the incredible service I received from the staff at Marshalls Wykoff store, particularly Katie, Yessenia, and Nancy. I recently lost my engagement ring on a Saturday as I was leaving the store, I couldn’t find it anywhere. However, Katie not only found my ring but also took the initiative to secure it in the safe until my return on Monday.
When I went back to the store, Yessenia and Nancy went above and beyond to verify my ownership of the ring and ensured its safe return to me. Their professionalism and trustworthiness are truly commendable.
I highly recommend shopping at this store, not only for their fantastic selection but also for the outstanding service provided by Katie, Yessenia, Nancey, and the rest of the team. Thank you once again for your honesty and dedication!
