Just picked up my x7 after brake flush and oil change. Great, friendly service and 40% cheaper than the dealer and other independent shop. Dropped if off this morning, and picked it up 2 hours later. All maintenance alerts were reset as well as they have all the same tools as a BMW dealer service center. We sell a lot of BMWs in the area, and we will recommending MWW to our clients. Had a dead battery that I nor a tow truck driver could jump start, so I had my 435 towed to this shop. Turns out the battery couldn't hold a charge, so it needed to be replaced. Steve and the guys took care of everything and got me in and out of there with a new battery in probably under an hour! I also mentioned that my cigaret lighter wasn't working when discussing if maybe I had an electrical issue before finding that the battery was shot. To my surprise they fixed that at no charge! Much appreciated! I've had a great experience every time I've come to this shop! My BMW friends have also had great experiences as well!

Got taken advantage of, a lot of guesswork. Perfect example as the other one star reviews. This could or could not repair your issue but we think this it is because we checked everything else. Issue was never resolved until I took it to the dealership.Service: Electrical repair

Motor Works West makes the case for independent specialist care. Clean, courteous and professional operation with excellent service at reasonable rates. Very customer focused, recommending only what your BMW needs to stay fit and nothing more. I have been a customer since 2012.

My X6 is older and had an expensive problem. I so appreciated the team at Motor Works West explaining everything thoroughly with all options..and then before committing to the "expensive" part, double checking that I had the correct diagnosis..who even does that anymore. Of course, they were correct and my baby is running smooth as silk. Thank you John, Steve and team!

These guys are terrific! Service on my BMW was great. Got me in and out of there quickly. Friendly staff and good pricing. I can't recommend this place enough. Much better than the time and cost you'll pay at the dealer.

I have been bringing my cars here since the early 2000s...class act and impeccable work. Too bad they only work on BMW. Really need a place like this for Audi and Jag! Keep up the great work!
