Didn’t pay for this companies’ services. Felt compelled to write a review after seeing their transport van doing 85mph northbound on the turnpike around 8a tailgating people and weaving lanes. Probably wouldn’t have left a review if they weren’t named SAFE Pet Transport. Know that they’re anything but.

If I could start them a 0, I would. The absolute WORSE customer service. I couldn’t imagine if they treated me like this what they would do to my babies. If you are thinking about using this place, heavily reconsider. I don’t trust them at all. Beyond rude and arrogant.

I work for a law firm and we needed a pet relocation vendor last minute to move three animals for a new hire the following week. I was referred to Safe Pet Transport and they were amazing to work with. John called me immediately and he was very personable. He clearly cares a lot about animals as well as customer service. He not only kept me in the loop the entire journey, but he also kept in touch with the pet owner who was relocating. He even coordinated an employee to travel from another state to assist with this relocation last minute. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
