We just had a reverse osmosis system and a POS system installed, and I could not be happier with the attention and service that I received from Superior. They have been very patient in answering all my questions and explaining exactly how the system works. The install was very professional, patient to answer any Questions we had, and everything was done meticulously and the cleanup was spotless. I highly recommend Superior Water if you are looking at cleaning up your H2O in your residence.

We had our system for 10 years, which may sound like a long time, but were home for half the year so it was more like a 5 year system. We only found out there was a problem with our water when the potential buyer for our property had it inspected and found that there was carbon dust floating and resin present in our water. We always had our carbon replaced whenever Superior notified us that it was time, however the servicing of the resin tanks was never mentioned. When we contacted Superior about it, they found that there was in fact a problem with the resin tanks and had to re-bed them.
It’s upsetting to pay $4000+ for a water system, only to find out the system failed and had particles in it that we were consuming for who knows how many years. Customers should be aware that this can happen and have their resin tanks, or better yet, their water supply tested periodically. As Superior Water Conditioning says on their website, they are the choice for consumers who demand the best most consistent, high-quality water. We were that consumer, but unfortunately, that is not what we got.

We recently have them installed our water filtration system. It’s been 3 weeks and we are very happy with the results. Ryan (installer) was extremely professional, respectful and very polite. As a general contractor, to me it is a gift to have such quality doing work at my house.

Customer service including dealing directly with the owner Rich, is horrible. We have had a problem for six months with their RO system that is causing our pressure booster pump to continuously run every 15 seconds. Despite contacting Rich on numerous occasions, nothing has been done. He continually promises that he’s not going to forget about us and that he’s doing research. Well, six months later and nothing has been done. If you want to deal with a company that does not provide you any support after they get your money, then this is it. If that’s not your goal, then I strongly advise you to find somewhere else to go.

I did a lot of research myself about whole house water filtration before meeting Rich, who has a deep knowledge of water filtration systems. He offered Hague Signature whole house system, which ended up being a way better option and cheaper than similar offers I had from other companies. Plus, I compared the maintenance cost, and it is cheaper as well. Rian did an amazing job with installation. I would highly recommend considering Superior Water Conditioning for your water filtration needs if you want to get the best quality equipment and professional service for the price.

Our town has an issue with hard water after and bad minerals in the water (PFOAs) so a filtration / reverse osmosis system was certainly needed. I contacted Superior Water and after a visit to my home by Rich, who explained everything from cost, to how it is installed, how it works what the benefits would be, he was spot on. Not only was it exactly as he said it would be, they were very professional, a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and amazing customer service!!

Despite the care, our Hague softener has not softened the water for the past 2 years, and I haven't been able to get them home to check the system.

Just had Superior Water install Reverse Osmosis system for drinking water and Salt for water softening through out the whole house. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the equipment and the level of service and communication that this company provides. Rich who is the owner will guide you from the moment you contact them. He will answer any question in an extremely patient and friendly manner. The technician doing the work was very nice and very knowledgeable, he took his time and everything came out absolutely perfect. Highly recommended if you want clean and safe drinking water as well as prolonging the life of your high end appliances.

Highly recommend - I really like how Rich brought me into his location to explain to me the different offerings and what I was looking to achieve (hard water and reverse osmosis).They replaced the "old" pipes from the previous unit, relocated the shutoff valves to a more accessible area and were respectful the entire installation process.

Was hesitant on installing a water system but Rich came and explained the process. He highlighted the benefits and showed me how his system would work. We went back and forth a few times and he answered all my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable and decided to spend the $$$ and everything was seamless since. He sent over his team when promised and they did an amazing job. All valves, pipes, etc are perfect. I had a few questions after the fact and Rich returned my texts immediately and then we spoke. He said he would come back if anything was ever needed or walk me through the issue. What else can you ask for! They say you get what you pay for - I paid for a premium product and I'm receiving premium service.

We had our RO and filtration system installed today. Ryan was the installer, with help from Sal. Installation, placement of equipment and overall experience was excellent.Neat, clean and informative after everything was installed. It was a very easy experience! Thank you!
