This used to be a good pharmacy, with amazing pharmacists. The new pharmacists are awful human beings. They are rude and incompetent. They never make calls to doctors or insurance companies. They frequently make errors on account settings. They have filled prescriptions with the wrong medication. For a while, they had a sign on their counter that said that any rude customers would be removed by security. So it looks like they have had problems with the community adjusting to how they manage the pharmacy.

Great customer service. Happy to get my Moderna Booster.Smooth process...thanks Walgreens...enough time has past since my booster......now I am going for my singrex...I think Walgreens Cedar Hill is great

very rude employees. customers were more helpful. I'm happy I don't have prescriptions there.

Larisa the pharmacist, and Maryanne the pharmacy technician are both extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Larisa the pharmacist is nasty, sarcastic, and she's just incompetent all around.
