My car is a piece, my boyfriends car is a piece. Wyckoff auto has been taking such good care of us as far as getting us in promptly when we need help on a timely manner, staying communicative with us about what's going on with our vehicles, and just overall super friendly service. 10/10

All the 5 star reviews are 4-5 years old , was in there last week with broken pulley , repair done , next day check engine light on, told me to make an appt for next week! My check engine light goes on 12 hrs after the repair and John tells me “ make an appt” I’ll never go there again and only went there as an emergency, thank god I have Auto Technica , the best in Bergen county , 20 years and I never once had to go back on a repair , Stay away from Wyckoff Center

They did great work. Brought my car in for a wheel balance and to put tpms sensors in. They were willing to put sensors I bought in which many places won’t do. Even though they couldn’t get my sensors to work which was my fault. They only charged 50 per sensor while other places wanted 100-150 per. From start to finish they were easy to work with and fair priced. Would highly recommend and will be going back.

Came across Wyckoff Auto 2 years ago when they were the only shop that had experience with converting my Lexus hydraulic suspension to a standard system. Ever since then, I’ve brought my other cars there for all servicing needs. John is always super knowledgeable and friendly, and runs the most honest and fair priced shop in the area. Would definitely recommend for all makes and models
