“The team at PNC is awesome. It's the people that help give this bank that personal relationship sense of being. A person is greeted with a warm hello upon entering and then smiles from an entire staff. Having dealt with at least 4 of the staff at different times, I have received the same care from all. They take an honest concern with a customer realizing that a problem may exist upon entry and sworn to do all they can to resolve it before leaving. They helped me find the best account to use to ensure I was getting the most efficient use of my money between savings and checking. They helped me with the purchase of my house when the wiring is the money exceeded the personal limit. They acted quickly when I had a loss of id, credit card and personal info and this is all within the last 4 months. They have met every challenge with me head on and will keep my business because of the teamwork and family feeling I get from this branch and from PNC.”
