I bought a used vehicle here on November 17th. I was promised an update on the 18th and to have the car by the 20th at the latest as it needed to go through service. I received no call and attempted to call on the 18th myself only to be sent to voicemail. I then attempted to call again on the 20th once again going to voicemail. I stopped by the location in person to ask, finally being told that the vehicle is waiting on parts and with no estimate on time I will get the vehicle. This bad experience and lack of communication has made it very clear that I will not be doing business with this location again.

Totally useless service department. 9:30 appointment, no communication at all until I insisted at 3. NOTHING was done. They said I needed an axle, so the alignment could not be done, but they had no estimate of parts, labor, time. Basically, handed me the key and said good bye.

My wife and I were stranded after Church, the Toyota Tundra we bought at Casa Toyota over a year ago didn't start. A kind couple gave us a ride home. The next day we called the Casa service department, lucky we have tow service from L Gulley State Farm, sent a tow truck from Walker towing, who responded quickly and was professional. Casa Toyota fixed the issue quickly, which was covered by warranty. So a bad event turned into one that was bearable due to there being good people in the area! -Carla

No integrity. Will try to rip you off.Brought my Toyota car in because a different location said they didn’t have the proper tools to fix the car. Maybe the Toyota guys can help. My sunroof was stuck in tilt up. BTW, I bought the car used from the lot less than a year ago. Used the sunroof one time and it is now stuck in tilt open.First the Toyota maintenance department tried to tell me that parts where bad on my car that I know for a fact work just fine. To suggest throwing parts at something that costs thousands of dollars when it’s not even the problem is just pure irresponsible maintenance. Not to mention how easy those parts are to access and replace suggest some truly shady things are going on.Additionally the service counter kept whining about how much other work they have. How busy they are. If you don’t want the work then simply say it instead of trying to rip people off.They charged me $130 for an inspection. The receipt said they did all this inspection stuff when I can look at the car and see they did nothing. How do I know? Things where Even left disassembled from where the previous shop looked into it. I am truly amazed by this establishment’s dishonesty.Look if you don’t want to do the work, fine. Don’t lie to people and try to milk money out of them by replacing easy parts that has nothing to do with the problem.This place has some shady things going on. I heard about dirty mechanics ripping people off, now I know. What a shame. I love the dealership, but the maintenance department has some cleaning up to do.

We were on a road trip from Denver to El Paso and we need just a quick top off on fluids. They were very nice and treated us as if we bought our car from them. Would definitely recommend based on friendliness and service!

I get that this is pointless since this dealership has a monopoly for a 50 + mile radius. For those interested though, once my Toyota is no longer under warranty, I definitely will NOT be bringing it to this dealership for service. Communications from the service department, once they have your vehicle, are horrible. The scheduling before they have your vehicle is great. Once they get your vehicle though, radio silence. My vehicle sat for hours after they diagnosed the problem and ordered a part with no phone call to me. They do not tell you how long it will take and certainly don't proactively tell you if there is a delay.
