Cilo's Tattoo is superior and he did permanent cosmetic tattooing on my eyebrows raising them and contouring them expertly. He also did the permanently out lining of my lips which was very important to me. He is steady and sedated it out with me. Merry Christmas Sir.

I really loved the owner and his wife. So cool. Retired Air Force. Older couple. Just a cool dude. Love my new nose piercing and he re did my ears as well. Caring funny and sarcastic. And such a good price. Very affordable. Oh also bring cash !!!
