I went to Dollar General to return a cart I found in a ditch Barrie's hafe way with mud. I spent a little over 1 hour me and a friend getting out of the ditch. and then cleaning it. I had to push the court to the store because it would not fit in my car. when I got to the store I was sweating really bad. spoke to the manager on duty. I told him what happened I asked him was it there cart he said he did not know if it was his in the back ground I heard him say we got one of our carts back. I told him do I get a reward he calls the manager and says very rudely we don't give rewards right. this is what I thaught. he did not give me even a thank you. or would you like a bottle water. thank you for saving us $200.00. They made me feel like a piece of crap for doing a good thing. I had to pay my friend $20.00 for helping me so now I am out $20.00 and could not even give me a thank you I did not have to do this for you. this will be the first and last time I do this. and you lost a customer. you guys are the most ungrateful people I have ever met. it's a whonder how you remain in buesiness with a piss poor attitude. my suggestion people. you find a cart from this store. leave it alone. throw it away give it to a homeless person at least he will say thank you. I hope karma comes for you.

New manager is so great and kind . Before the staff was so lazy and rude. Now the staff actually have a register open. Instead of just self check out. Way to go New Manager.
