Do not rent from this place. They threatened to report vehicle stolen because their poor service has made it where banks don't accept their transactions . Poor customer service with nothing but excuses.

Your associates, Kristian McTaggart and Lizzy Hillyer were super friendly. Krisitan, your the man and Lizzy your the bomb! ? Enterprise you are lucky to have. I was here , 4 years ago and the people here were rude and to alpha. Ya'll have a great Thanksgiving!

Cottrell has amazing customer service from the rental to assistance during the rental. Lizzie was friendly and knowledgeable such an easy return process.

All the negative reviews probably stemmed from people's poor driving and treatment of the vehicles here resulted in additional charges. My first rental car experience was at this location and from initial customer service, to me turning in my car, the staff member Lizzie was of great help, extremely polite and knowledgeable. The car was very clean and nice to drive. I will be renting from Enterprise again in the future.

Customer service was great, reserving the car online was easy, the car was clean, pick up and drop off was quick. Will definitely rent from them again.

Great experience! After getting screwed by Hertz, the fantastic customer service here and a location in El Paso was a massive relief. The assistant manager here is great, working with him was a breeze. Will absolutely be choosing these guys for our next car rental, great vehicle options that run well and kept clean. Great experience, couldn't have been any better.

Lizzy is amazing 10/10 thank you so much enterprise and Lizzy!!!! My car was being worked on so I got a rental! Got right in the car but the ac was not working Lizzy tried her best to swap the car unfortunately they did not have a bigger vehicle at the time and I have a big body family so we kept the car that I had and just rolled the windows down! We needed the fresh air anyways ? when I brought the car back I got a partial refund for the issue! They all are so nice and no issues at all!!!!

"Enterprise: we pick you up." Apparently not at this location. I was told that Oliver Lee State Park was out of their range. My GPS said 15 miles.I've rented cars from Enterprise all over the country and never had this problem. I really needed that ride. Also, I wanted to drop the car off before 8:00 AM but they had no way of doing that either.Staff was very good, but services weren't great.

Jacob and company saved our lives!Our car broke down in White Sands and was unfixable. My kids and I (ages 9 and 10) were stuck without a car and were supposed to pick up my husband in Gila. Prior to arriving to Enterprise, I was told by another helpful Enterprise agent that we had a reservation. After hitching a ride from White Sands to Alamagordo, we came to the office and were told there were no cars to be had. I had been dealing with this issue for 4 hours and I completely lost it in the Enterprise office. Jacob, seeing my distress, offered us the car that he drove as the Manager. Still wonderful people out there in the world!Thank you so much Jacob!!I am literally not sure what we would have done without your kindness.Big hugs - that crazy stranded Family from Austin, TXPS - did you happen to find a National Parks passport in the Charger? My son lost his! I will pay you to send it to me.

Horrible experience with this company. We reserved a reservation and received an email confirmation, but they said it wasn't in their system and that they were booked for one week. We had to change our whole trip because they had some type of system error. I talked to four different Representatives over the phone and one of them hung up on me. Never had service this bad from any other car rental company

Customer service here is the worst. Booked a rental 2 days before and the rep said it was invalid. Had to rebook at a much higher rate. The experience was not professional and the service was terrible. The company takes no responsibility for their mistakes.

One of the worst places I have ever conducted service with not only this place in New Mexico but they're nationwide corporation. They are crooks and I'm not using that term loosely. They have stated that they will fix the issue that me and my family had to deal with and never did. They basically say there is nothing they could do repeatedly. It's a shame that there is only this place and hurtz to go to. Beware
