Disappointed with their pump return policy. Bought a condensation pump, plugged it in and it did NOT work. Went to return it and was told I had to go through the website. Called CS and they explained that they would not have me return the inoperable pump, and would work on processing my refund. If ya’ll are not gonna take the pump back regardless, then just process my refund in the store!

I went to the Alamogordo location. Alex helped me identify products that would suit my needs and was super friendly. He is my new best friend! Prices were great, quality is superb and the store is well stocked and organized.

Went in to buy a bike lock, brought my bike in, manager started shouting at me to leave it in a unattended location where somebody could easily take it from the building, he said it was in the middle of the walkway as I was setting it right against the wall perpendicular to the aisle where I had already pre-looked up where this specific lock was, I was eventually allowed to purchase my lock, where the employee almost only charged me for one of them, I reminded him that I grabbed two and one of them was missing a label, aside from the lack of customer service skills on the manager's part, everything is A-Okay
