“The Ruidoso Verizon office is very very unhelpful they were. They didn’t know what they were doing half the time when we went in there they argued with me the one manager I don’t know if she right now very rude to me and my wife, kicked us out of the store. We went down to Alamogordo store and took very good care of my wife and I. We had time laughing and enjoying Freddie’s help and he is the manager and I’m so so happy that I’m gonna continue going to the Alamogordo store.”

“First and foremost, do NOT go touch the flip phone on display. I think it’s the galaxy flip lol… unless you want to embarrass yourself for setting off an alarm hahaha. The staff was super chill and said it was something wrong with the security equipment.
Anyways, last week my husband and I went in to talk about upgrading our phones. Gus was super accommodating and walked us through the process. They didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock (purple iPhone 17) so we ordered online, but he let us know we could come back to set it up and take care of sending my old phone back.
Last night we went in and Cheyenne started that process for us. For whatever reason my old phone was being a pain with the transfer process so we were there for quite a while, but once we got to talking with Cheyenne about anything and everything we had a good time while waiting. We really appreciated her patience and persistence to get the process going. She even suggested, if we were comfortable, holding on to both phones to take another crack at it in the morning (since it was almost time to close) rather than sending us away and suggesting we do it ourselves at home like other providers have done to us in the past. Luckily in the end she got it all worked out and I got to walk out with my new phone! Thanks so much Cheyenne!!”
