“As someone visiting from Texas.. I'd say this was a nice Walmart.. the workers are pretty helpful. It's so nice to see actual greeters at the doors again.. i thought Walmart did away with them.”

It is always nice not to have to worry about things like that while traveling. Walmart seems to be the place to go for perscriptions in most of the states I have visited.”

“I have been to almost every pharmacy in town over the last 20-30 years and the Wal Mart neighborhood market pharamcy has the most consistent and helpful staff in Alamogordo. I highly recommend this pharamcy if you are sick of rude employees, waiting in long lines and having your scripts shorted. On second thought, don't go here, it'll just make them too busy!!!”

“I visited the drive-through window, only to find it broken. I had a back injury and was accompanied by my six-year-old daughter in the car. This posed a significant challenge in obtaining my medication. The technician, despite the circumstances, began talking to me through the glass, took my order, and inquired about express pay to pull into the parking area. She promptly brought my medication to me. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and couldn’t express my appreciation adequately. Usually, I witness people behaving in such a kind manner during the December months, especially during the Christmas season. However, to see this display of kindness well after the new year is truly remarkable. I wish I had remembered the technician’s name, but I’ll make sure to add it the next time I see her.”

“The pharmacy service is excellent. When you engage, the staff takes the time necessary to help each customer and get things right. The only slight criticism, and I don't want to overstate this because the staff is great and works hard...at times they are understaffed helping customers pick up orders, despite their best efforts. This is not a criticism of pharmacy employees. They are hustling. It is a peak load problem that every retail business has.”
