For starters there only open two days Wed and Thursday. Also they close at 4pm and only take cash or checks which makes all of it very inconvenient.

Was a PNM user for 2.5 years and trying to get a hold of anyone at PNM is like pulling teeth. They're only open 2 days a week and when you do call on one of those 2 days you'll be on hold longer than told and if you try to do the call back system more often than not you don't get a call back.

My parent only carry cash a majority of the time and this is the only site available but it's never open.
