“Great shop. I usually go for the work trucks but this time I needed a patch done. Other shops were telling me I needed a new tire, and they took care of me. The best shop in Alamo in my opinion. No hassle, no bs, as it should be. Highly recommend this shop before going anywhere else.”

“Gabe greeted me at the door, and offered to assist me with whatever issue , I was dealing with, pertaining to my vehicle.
After a few important questions, Gabe went to work, he researched a couple of types, for the use I was about to put on them, then he suggested the type he thought I should purchase, based on the answers I had given him, I agreed, and he told me it wouldn't be more than ten minutes, as he was walking out, to retrieve my vehicle.

“I called ahead to alert them that I had a front driver's side tire that had shredded when I hit a curb. Due to the age of the tires and that the car is AWD, all four tires would have to be replaced. It was a busy day at DT, so my information was taken, and I was given a spot in the queu as I was still waiting for the tow truck. Nice. As I was talking to DT, they checked to see if they had the correct size tires. Nicer. When I arrived, I was given information as to my price choices. The comparison was on the screen with wear, durability, seasonal response expectations, and costs. My choice. BETTER. I had to wait about an hour after arrival
for completion as the queu was long (but more waited behind me). Great service, even on a blistering hot day, all the bays were full and personell very professional, quick, and clean. Plus , since I had used AAA, I received a discount. DT will rotate my tires for free in the future. Very happy with all of the great service.”
