“ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! the lady incharge was rude mean and just plain NASTY. this company definitely takes advantage of people and thier circumstances. I was stuck in an area with no phone service two flat tires and 200 miles from my destination. the police had to come as they were the only people my phone was able to call. when they came they called this company to come with a flat bed. the truck came hooked my car up then on our way we went. when we got to our destination the guy gave me one price then he called it in the lady said nope and gave a higher price. i asked to speak to the lady she starts out by saying "make it quick" so i speak to her and ask that she please reconsider the price. she then says so you don't want the service. i say no I do but am just asking that you please reconsider the price. she then THREATENED ME SAYING (while my car was still strapped on their truck) if you don't want the service they will impound my car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!!”
“Insurance cld them when my motorcycle just died on me. When they heard I was going to leave it outside the shop with a cable lock overnight, they kept it at their (guarded) lot overnight and delivered it to the shop the next morning! Saved me on taxi bill home too.I love new Mexico and the people living here.”
