“Our feral cat Loki unfortunately suffers from stomatitis, an extremely painful inflammation of the mouth. He stopped eating and we did not know why, but he was correctly diagnosed by the vets at Alamogordo Animal Hospital. Despite a full mouth tooth extraction, he had a flareup and stopped eating again for almost two weeks before we could catch him. They administered a steroid injection and he was back to normal a few days later. We’re hoping for the best, but it’s comforting to know that smart, caring professionals like Dr Byrnes and Dr Lund are nearby!”
