The service manger is exceedingly difficult to work with, rude from the start. When you point it out he’ll let your vehicle sit in the back for 5 hours on a simple tire rotation.

Service Department dude was weirdly angry, aggressive and sarcastic. I'm not going to say he was on drugs, buuuuuuuut this is Alamogordo. Not comfortable leaving my car with methy and his friends so noped out.

The first time I went there they were a lot of help. The second time I went there is the reason why the rating so low. I just got a new v8 mustang. But there was misfires and wasn’t running how it should. I told them we change the air filter already and put in new sparks plugs. I told that the multiple times I went down there that not the problem. They didn’t listen to me or my husband. When they “try” to fix the problem they put in a new wiring harness. Which made my car sounds worse. They told me that I should try to give it back to the seller. Turns out it was the fuel injectors that was causing them problems.

I had to have an engine light cleared due to being told by 2 different companies that they weren't allowed to clear it. I was charged $150 for this service, which is the service department's current hourly rate. I will never return my vehicle again for repairs to this dealership.Service: Auto maintenance

This is a company that you can have respect and be treated with respect and understanding they do everything to make you feel important and do not take advantage of you like most of the companies in Alamogordo New Mexico it was a a great experience dealing with this dealership

While traveling in New Mexico with my family in our RV, the oil change light on my F250 Super Duty came on. I located a Ford dealer, Vision Ford in Alamogordo and went to them for service. I requested an oil change and any other services that needed to be performed. After evaluating the vehicle, the service advisor Chris, advised me that I needed a new air cleaner and fuel filters. I approved the additional items and asked if anything else was needed. I was told that the battery, brakes and tires were OK. The service was completed and we continued on our trip. Less than 1000 miles later, I heard a terrible grinding noise coming from the right front wheel. A close examination revealed that the brake rotor was deeply gouged and unusable. I went to The Ford dealer in Page Arizona and was told that both brake pads were well beyond safe usable life. They completed the repairs including the replacement of the rotors. Rotor replacement would have been unnecessary if Vision Ford had inspected and replaced the brake pads when the oil change was done. I called the service manager Tomas, at Vision Ford several times and did not receive a return phone call. I also called the general manager and did not receive a call back. In summary, I had two problems with this dealership. One, they did not do the inspection even though the invoice said the brakes were inspected and good. Two, they did not return several phone calls with messages to both the service manager and the sales manager. I would avoid this dealer and use a reliable independent mechanic

Nothing overly good about the service department. If you come in on a Saturday they will do nothing but oil changes. It does not matter if you're first in line before they open and they have 4 hours left in their duty day... they will not look at your vehicle until Monday. They will keep your vehicle over the weekend without giving you a single piece of paper indicating they took your vehicle from you. This type of service would not last in a major city... but since its Alamogordo, I guess it can survive.

Outstanding service and parts department. Chris Guzman and Tommy Cook went the extra mile to help me out. It's Christmas Eve and these guys made sure I was taken care of after I had an emergency fuel tank leak. Very professional guys that did not hesitate to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thanks fellas for turning a frustrating situation around and getting me taken care of ASAP!

I've taken both my 2004 jeep liberty and my 2010 ford fusion for service with absolutely NO problems. I have lived many places and always use certified mechanics and as long as I'm here I will continue to have my vehicle's serviced here.

Servicing a car that is almost twenty years old is usually somewhat painful at a dealership. The crew at Vision Ford greeted me and my 97 Ford in the same manner as customers driving new cars. I wasn't pressured to buy a new car, but simply told what I needed to have done to keep my Ford safe. The complimentary shuttle service rounded out the perfect service experience, and Darla Marshall was just delightful. Thank you for a superb service experience.

I took my car in to have the radio repaired. I had to take it in more than 4 times before they even figured out what was wrong. That was a slight issue, since I have a busy schedule. However, the Service Rep. I was working with, Darla, was very knowledgeable and assured me that they would have it fixed soon. Once they found out what was wrong, I was told they would order the parts. The parts were in two days later and my car was fixed the day the parts came in. I was extremely satisfied with the Service side. I did call the main line once and was told by a secretary, quite rudely I might add, that the person I was looking for didn't work in service and I should get it right before calling. Other than that, it was a quite pleasant experience.

This review is strictly for their Service Department...I've never needed their Sales support. My wife and I moved to Alamogordo from Boston in 2002 with our 2000 Ford Explorer Limited. We take meticulous care of our vehicles and almost always prefer to have them serviced at dealerships. Darla has been our primary Service technician for the last 10 years and has never failed to take outstanding care of our Explorer. She always answers her phone when we call, she always knows us by name, and she always patiently listens to what we need done and carefully explains her best advice on how to do the work. The mechanics are knowledgeable and have consistently and correctly diagnosed whatever problems we encounter and worked quickly to fix them. On top of everything else, they now offer car wash and detailing services. Took the Explorer to them today for an Ultimate Detail ($135) and their detailer spent 7.5 hours on it. It is now in immaculate condition. Everyone at the Vision Ford Service Department are conscientious car care professionals and I wouldn't take my Explorer anywhere else in Otero County for maintenance or repairs. Thanks, Darla!
